Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Eastchester

NOT the place to take your ESA dog for a pupchino.

Not the first time I go to this Starbucks, and have issues, but it will be the last. There was a nasty rude customer that was upset we had our ESA dog with us. The manager listened to him, and walked over to my son and asked if the dog was a service dog. Mind you there is no sign that states that dogs are not allowed in the store, but they service pupchinos for dogs. Honestly, we have never had this situation in any other Starbucks ever. So my question is why do they even have pupchinos for dogs? I have seen other dogs there, or is it because we were minorities, and the old man was white. I spoke up for my dog 's rights and my son's. I told the manager the man was having issues the minute he walked into the store and I was in a corner with her. The manager did not like my point of view, standing up for my rights. I asked the cashier for a pumpkin loaf and was denied it because the manager did not want my business. I ask the cashier once again and he said he couldn't because the manager said not to sell me anything. It seems this manager intimidates his workers too. Too his surprise my son had already bought my pumpkin latte, his drink and the pupchino. I was just getting something extra. My conclusion is this Starbucks does not respect ESA dogs and they show their true colors. Which its shame now a days in society. But what...

I was in this Starbucks Oct. 14th 2025 at 9:28 am. Took almost 20 minutes for an oatmeal. So here's the problem: the one employee who was checking everyone out, was doing the lions share of the work, you had 4 other ladies just doing the least possible. The one pink haired young woman couldn't have done any less. Too busy talking to the other barista about "not gonna a wear a bra anymore". Wow.. While I was waiting for my oatmeal (which, by the way, I had to ask for the brown sugar, fruit and nuts again, was just thrown onto the counter) a young lady next to me was saying how bad this Starbucks has gotten and that she had a similar experience a few days ago. Starbucks, you need to rethink your hiring process, or pull the plug. It's also quite funny how Starbucks replies to these negative reviews with the exact same reply. Where to start.... First of all this place is a complete mess. I felt like I needed a shower after entering this store. There was garbage on a the tables, the seats were dirty and the floor was a mess.

The station where you add milk and sugar to your coffee was covered in coffee and auger granules. The milk containers looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in months.

In addition to the disgusting conditions of the store itself on three consecutive days I received a coffee and as soon as I got in my car the lid begin to leak. I spoke to the people on the second and third time that made the coffee and ask them to make sure the coffee was not to high in the cup so the coffee won't leak out from under the lid. And each time I got in my car and sat down with the coffee it would drip from underneath the lid on...
