When I walk into a coffee shop (for espresso or capuccino , the first thing I look at is the machine. I didn’t recognize the brand so I had my doubts. Cappuccino was weak…too milky. Harmful to the environment and poor service - why pay up for someone to be both rude to you and a pollutant?

I asked the manager to consider environmentally friendly straws as an alternate to the cheapo single use plastic straws they use.

She rudely told me she didn’t believe in the environment all the while keeping her ear buds in and while serving customers.
