HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. I brought in my Electrolux vacuum to have the handle repaired and I figured they could also CHANGE the filter while being serviced. What a HUGE mistake!! After a week of not hearing back from them I called them and the first employee had no clue which vacuum I was talking about, he then proceeded to call another employee on another phone and put him on speaker so I can hear him. After I explained what the issue was with my vacuum they proceeded to tell me it would cost close to $400!! Then they ASSUMED I had a cleaning lady and blamed her for not cleaning my filter and because the Electrolux was an expensive brand the cost to replace filter was costly as well. When I told them it was too costly and how much to fix the handle, they said it would be $195 and both men began talking in a different language that I didn't understand and feel that was very rude. When I said that it was too much money and will just pick up my vacuum they then said they would give me a SENIOR CITIZEN discount (by the way I'm not even close to retiring) and would charge me $95 and continued talking in another language. I don't believe there are any fixed prices. They seem to kinda make up prices as they go along and see who pays what. These two men were just rude and clearly not customer friendly. Read moreINCOMPETENT! BEWARE! I would give them zero stars, but can't make a post without a minimum of one star. They LOST our Dyson vacuum which we left in their custody to be repaired. They are never at their shop which they incredulously leave unlocked. They told me initially what it would cost to repair the vacuum, and then subsequently increased it AFTER I dropped it off. They were never available at the store during normal business hours for me to pick up my vacuum cleaner. And, to add insult to injury, they LOST our vacuum. Not even an apology or offer of compensation. Considering legal action.
Regarding your response, you are a LIAR. I called for my vacuum, and you said it was not ready because you needed more time to repair it (of course, you also used that as an opportunity to try to upcharge me). I NEVER said that I wasn't going to pay for it. I said that I would pay the originally agreed upon price. I didn't need to be shaken down by you. I tried to call a few times with a question about repairing my vacuum, the phone kept ringing, after the third attempt I was placed on hold but then got disconnected. I received a phone call back from rude male asking “hello who is this, you called 5 times what do you want” Who calls a customer back like that with that kind of temper???
