Not at all transparent. I had purchased an Xbox for my son for Christmas. The guy that sold it to me said that I had 30 days to bring it back if there's something wrong with it. They also said that that 30 days would start on Christmas when I gave it to my son. So come to find out there is something wrong with the Xbox and I call 4 days after Christmas and I was told that the refund is only 5 days for the purchase date which the guy who sold it to me did not mention. The person I talked to kept repeating themselves saying that there's a difference between a warranty and a return. When I asked why I was not told about the return policy when I had originally expressed concerns with buying a used system I was told that it's posted on the counter. I expressed that the guy did not tell me where the return policy was and it's noted on the receipt about the warranty but does not mention the return on the receipt. The guy on the phone told me that the receipt's not long enough to include the return policy when they could easily say in one sentence " cash refund only available within 5 days of purchase date". So I go down to have it looked at because it's still under their 30-day warranty and I find that the return policy is covered by two boxes, a pokémon cards, which is why I didn't even see it to begin with. Somebody really would have had to point it out to me. I ended up upgrading to a different system so hopefully this time it works out but I won't change my rating. Their abundance spilleth over, and so their store is a pile of plastic and silicon gathering dirt. It’s hard to imagine these dusty items are going to stay in any good condition. They really ought to invest in air circulation and filtration.
And we come to my actual attempt at buying an item. I found a GBA E-Reader, a rare peripheral, at a great price. I had them take it out, then they started testing it. They said it wasn’t working right. I asked what was wrong (I do many of my own repairs, and for this price I was still interested in an as-is piece) but did not receive an answer at all. Instead the hardware was whisked away to a back room, and the person helping me disappeared. 10 minutes elapsed before someone else asked me if I needed help. They went back to the back room, came back, and informed me they weren’t going to sell me the hardware. I explained that it was mostly the lack of communication I was frustrated with. And now I am disappointed not to have the hardware at all after getting so excited to find one after all this time. My credit card was in my hand. I was even considering whether today I would buy the console I need to use the thing.

You ask a question and can't even give a answer. You wait 5 minutes for one. Worst I mean worst gaming store I have ever been too. And I love to support any self owned small town busineses. And yes you're place of business is dirty. Lying isn't going to make you look good. Anyone who walks into the place instantly can have a reaction from the dust.
