Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Fond du Lac

Wow, i am so sad and disappointed in tonight's service!! I had spent a little more of $15 of 3pcs of tenders, and they were the size of my muffle finger, and I got mozzarella sticks with no marinara!! I'm a GM for a tavo Bell, and I would have never given my customers food like that!!? I came 35 minutes before they were closing. There was nobody there in the drive thru. I was the only one..I usually come to this location when I get off of work from Lomira. I will never come back to this location, not even to bring my husband with me. I will drive to oshkosh to just give to another location ..I even had called the store to talk to the manager, and nobody didn't pick up!! And I saw 3 workers there!! I'm so disappointed in this location..do better .. I would just go somewhere else. Look how small the tenders were. I'm so surprised that they even...

I have been there several times in the last year and in the beginning they were very good and friendly. I have noticed that in the last several months the employees have became very rude. About two weeks ago I went and got 3 jalapeno roast beef sliders and after I got home they didnt have jalapenos on them. After calling to tell them they messed up they were rude and didnt want to do anything to correct it. Then tonight the lady forgot one of my drinks and when I told her she huffed at me. We then waited like 10min for our food after getting it I had to go back aback cuz didnt get any fries. And once we got home jalapeno sliders had like 3 jalapenos on them at least this time the guy did give me a coupon for free meal. I completely understand people make mistakes band people are worn out due to covid but no need to be rude and huffy...

I don't know how difficult it is to put an item in the bag. Apparently here in Fond du lac where most of its population is special needs, I guess thats just too complicated. You know what if someone with REAL special needs did work there they honestly would do a better job because atleast they have good hearts and want to actually do a good job. Then I call to inform them of their incompetence to only be told its my fault for not checking the bag. Let me make something very clear, it is not my job to do your job for you. IF I WOULD mess up building something for a client and if I would not do it properly then blame the customer for not inspecting it after completion, I would be out of business so fast it wouldn't be funny. I guess things work differently in Fond du lac. Never ever will you guys get my business again in Fond du lac....
