Starbucks — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

I come to this location multiple times weekly and not only is the staff here extremely rude, but when placing a mobile order, they don't even have the order ready when I've come to pick up 15 minutes after placing it. The incompetent staff here often just remove the sticker from their mobile order machine when I come to the counter to ask for my order! Unacceptable! Worse than this is that most times, I receive my drink with milk or coffee dripping down the sides of my cup. Your job is to make drinks, THAT'S ALL! If you can't make a simple drink and serve it in a clean cup, get a new job! Obviously wiping the cup off is too much work for these poor baristas who complain about their customers nonstop on Reddit! They also often get the drinks wrong. They put whip cream on drinks I specifically ordered without, and caramel when I asked for NO caramel. This baffles me especially when I've made the specific requests ON THE APP so there's no mistaking it as if they didn't hear me at the counter, because they have my order right in front of there face when the sticker prints out! This Bux needs to get all new employees and trained properly to do...

Advice to the traveler. Don't go inside. Use the drive thru if you need coffee and ask for a receipt.

I went in to take a break from driving. Waited waited waited to be greeted then, waited waited waited to place my order. Staff seemed grumpy (no smiles) and distracted (Other places they'd rather be? Internal strife with the store manager? Collective sadness that their sports team lost?)

Beyond service (had already left the gas station for a snack bc there was no one at the register... And I just wanted a coffee and snack) My beverage was an acceptable automated coffee.

I didn't get my receipt (wasn't offered and staff walked away) so I don't know store# to contact SB about this directly about this experience, which I I normally would. I didn't want to waste any more of my time so I didn't go back for my receipt and wasn't about to look up the store info.on line to help them impove.

Love the Atmosphere and just all around good damn coffee...The Barista people that work there can sometimes be off especially on a Friday when they really don't want to be there or just want to get done with the day... They don't always call out your name when your order is ready,so you could be left knowing or not when it's ready for pickup...ohh yeah... The online app to order ahead of time can be a real joke... They don't seem to care who you are and goof off in the back room while you sit there till the not so bright eyed employee comes out to apologize for the wait! I am really starting to loose interest in this place because every time I go there they forget to call out my while I'm waiting for more the the aloud time for my Drink wich is far more then disrespectful service then any place I have gone and even more bad business representation to sell...
