Bowl Boss Fairmount — Restaurant in Town of Geddes

I have been in several times and am always satisfied. This was until my recent visit. The staff was not friendly as usual. I was not asked about allergies. They just marked no allergies on all my items. They kept mixing up orders. They tried giving me someone else’s drinks, I told them they weren’t all mine. I asked for a silverware when I didn’t get any. My knife had dried on food stuck on it. We finished eating 2 items and were still waiting on the third. I went to the counter and they were confused as to where my item was. They packaged it to go even though I ordered to eat there and it was just sitting in the back counter. The one girl just shrug it off and walked away. My daughter went in the bathroom after we ate. There were many dead bugs on the floor. This makes me wonder what the back is like where they’re preparing food. This experience turned me off...

I've never had a smoothie bowl but plenty of smoothies. I was super excited to try my first bowl and it did not disappoint. Service was great. Friendly and asked guests about any allergies. I chose the acai base with surfs up toppings. Soooooo good. The flavors were so incredible and you could tell the fruit was fresh. I couldn't get over how much flavor the strawberries had. Produce in general has been bland over the past few years but those strawberries were AMAZING! My wait time was super short as well (there were only two other guests that ordered before me). My husband and I were out shopping and needed something tasty yet healthy so we decided to try Bowl Boss. The staff was really helpful with our questions and let us taste test items. We were very happy with our decision to check them out.
