With the HUGE ad saturation currently on tv of their new one buck taco I wanted to try it to see if there was any truth to the hype. So during some errands my wife and I stopped at our local BK.
I ordered 2 tacos and when unwrapped they were not very appetizing. The filling was sparse and what was there seemed to be a mix of beef and beans. The spice level was ok... but no choice. That's ok as it tasted better than it looked for sure but it was a just ok taco. I include a picture of one. But hey, for a buck they are worth it.... right?
Well, Taco bell was just a few doors down and what the heck I decided to compare this 1 buck taco to the pricier, ($1.35, and $10 for ten), Taco bell taco version.
The Taco bell taco was bigger and much more appetizing looking. There was at least 30% to 50% more actual meat! With fresh lettuce and cheese. Plus, they will give you taco sauce and I can add the level of spice I want. The taste was also superior to the BK taco.
To me there was no comparison the Taco bell taco is well worth the added $.35 when compared to the BK taco. AND... if you buy 10 they are only a buck each... same price for a much better taco.
BK could have should have done better.

Probably the WORST Burger King in Syracuse. 99% of the employees that work here are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Was at the drive-through for over 15 mins just waiting for someone to take my order. Was told "hold on a second" multiple times No explanation as to what the issue was. This was at night, no long lines or anything. Just an extremely rude and unprofessional employee. That was the first occurrence. 2nd and last time I went, you could see employees from the drive through window sitting around playing on their phones and playing around. Masks weren't worn properly and no NEW gloves while handling food. Why are you taking money with the SAME GLOVES as your handling my food with!!!. Never again.... clearly health department isn't aware of this place or are being paid to not report these...

This is the worst Burger King in my eyes. I don’t know how a franchise owner does so many things so poorly. I feel like you have to try. Specifically: They are always out of basic food items. For me personally. Every time I go here for breakfast, there aren’t any biscuits. The amount of times this has happened, is bizarre. On top of that the service 8/10 times, is slow. There’s something also VERY off about their fountain drinks. Almost like they are watered down and not regular drinks. I wouldn’t be surprised if the franchise owner is doing this to save money as the town has been mutinying against this person, and the restaurant is just straight up poorly run. Seriously. Whoever from BK is reading this. Take this seriously. It’s rare I leave bad reviews, and this one is bad. Do better. I’m done...
