Ever since we got Tim Hortons in the Syracuse area, I've considered it superior to the (too) many Dunkin locations that blanket this area. It was a huge, shameful disappointment when most Timmy's locations suddenly closed a few years ago. Now the only 2 left are this one and another (limited) one in North Syracuse, both inside Delta Sonic locations, neither of which are near me or my usual commute to/from the eastern suburbs of Syracuse. But if I have a need to go somewhere near either of these Tim's locations I try to grab a coffee and donut. So much more fresher than the stale and mediocre product at Dunkin. Would upgrade from 4 to 5 stars if Tim Hortons would bring more locations back to the area... The Delta Sonic in DeWitt's lack of. Tim Hortons has beem very noticeable. Adding one there would be perfect. Nearby recent openings of busy DD and Starbucks seem to demonstrate there is demand on that part...
Read moreI have frequented this place for years on and off. I generally stop coming to this place because the product being poorly produced. I get the same cup of coffee everyday and it's amazing how when certain people work it's consistent and awesome, and when others are there it's utter garbage... I drive 10 miles just for this cup of coffee. The only thing I ask for is fresh and the ratio of cream and sugar to be correct this is what I got today... GARBAGE day two in a row same incompetent person. How is it everyone else around you can get it right and you fall short 99% of the time? I drank it because I paid for it but this is by no means right. Yesterday I complained while there, and the problem was made right. But to be right back at square one today?... Know the product you're selling and if you wouldn't consume it don't give it to me. Even if you would consume it I paid for mine to be up...
Read moreWell first off let me say we love Tim Hortons as much as the other person the only issue is some of the employees. For the past two days when my wife and I have gone through the drive through we have regretted it. Both times an employee by the name of Kaylee had served us from ordering to getting to the window so you would figure that she would know what our order is, well not the case! Both times she has gotten the order completely wrong. We’ve had Kaylee multiple times before making our coffee but let’s say 2 times out of 10 it was perfect. I believe that if you are going to employ people to serve the public you would think they would be at least a little bit competent enough to make a coffee. I only give this place 2 stars because there are three people in there that make perfect coffee, Pam is...
