There is one worker who we have had serve us three times in the last couple weeks and each time they have made our drinks incorrectly. One time it happened after we repeated the order twice for her. This isn’t a big deal we just walk inside and ask for them to remake it or just fix what’s wrong(usually forget cold foam or put cream in the wrong coffee, my partner drinks black coffee not cream and sugar), each time we’ve done this the worker has given us attitude and rolled her eyes and even said to her coworker that she didn’t make the drinks incorrectly when the labels clearly said the correct way and it was not made that way. We are NOT upset about our drinks being made incorrectly, stuff happens, I have worked in food service and I completely understand that but to give attitude and roll your eyes at the customer when they politely ask you to remake it like it’s a personal problem is not professional at all. Read moreI took my worker here this morning to get a medium iced coffee. She gets the same thing every day, a medium iced coffee with 10 creams and 10 sugars. I know that’s extremely a lot of each but that’s how she likes it and no other dunkin has ever gave her a hard time but this morning They made her coffee and there was literally maybe 2 sugars in it and the cashier said to her “you got ten sugars in here idk how that’s not enough..” no, that’s what she asked for, that wasn’t at all what she got. I just think it’s crazy for an employee to tell somebody what’s “enough” when they’re not the one paying for it. Read moreFrequently use this dunkin as it's my home one but as of late the managers and entire staff should be embarrassed. Whether its repeating my order 3 times because the staff is too busy conversing to actually take my order, or it's my wrong order 9 out of 10 times because they didnt get my order right because as stated before they were all talking to each other. Half the time the person at the window is nice and genuine and the other half the time you can tell it's someone who doesnt want to be there and will try to drag your day down with them.
