Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Grand Chute

Horrible! I know Tuesdays are deal days, obviously… most people that order their pizza’s know the same weekly deals.. every week; same day..right?! I placed an order online at noon (12 o clock) for my same day pick up at 5:30pm (i usually use a different location but this one is next to my job) got there 5:55pm and was told my pizza was not done. They were behind and short staffed (mind you i just came from a job also short staffed with ONLY 2 people ) their 5 person staff members making pizzas stated “it’s a very busy day and time of year” like I’m Stupid and don’t understand customer service or how this works. I was told i would have to wait until the 8 people in the store had their pizzas made FIRST and then mine would get attention!?! (Remember i ordered 4+ hours earlier but i have to wait to people who just ordered 10 minutes ago!?! Anyway.. While waiting on my refund another gentleman stepped up beside me and said “my pizza was suppose to be done 25 minutes ago? Do you know when the at will be ready?” A worker responded.. about 15/20 more...

I had a very poor experience with our order, but in the end, the pizza was good. Ordered online and the web site said the food would be ready at 6:05. I arrived at 6:08 and was told they were just starting my order. Apparently, the web app is not coordinated with the stores. It doesn't know about back logs, staffing issues, nothing.

So the app leaves a lot to be desired. At 6:23, the pizza was ready, but when I pointed out there were two salads as well, I was told they would get those. But instead, he started working on other pizza orders. Five minutes later, they bring a bad of lettuce out, sets it on the counter, and goes back to making pizza.

Finally, at 6:30, they start working on salads and I get out the door about 6:35. A half hour later than the app promised. Awful web site. Poor customer service.

Get the pizza home, bake it, and finally start eating. The pizza and salads were actually good. With a 25% off coupon, we had dinner for four people for under $25. Not bad.

Now if only corporate could fix...

Pizza is fine, customer service is pretty sad. I don't order from here a lot but I went into the store to order a large pizza and a crustless pizza and I asked if I could use the coupon that's online for 30% off person working told me that they could only accept paper printed off coupons, which seem kind of odd as it's 2020 and everyone has a smartphone. while waiting for my pizza went on to their website ordered the same thing lo and behold they offer me 30% off of $20 order or more which would have saved me almost $8. I would think someone who works at this establishment would know how to use coupons online versus telling someone we only accept paper coupons. definitely will not be ordering from this location again specifically because of the young girl working at this location on...
