Well came in to get a cup of coffee after shopping, love the coffee. Upon entering I was greeted by a woman who appeared to be working on a machine along the front counter, who said she would be with me in a moment. After a minute I told her I just wanted a venti black coffee, she repeated my order back to me and said ok. I went to the men's room assuming my coffee, no a fancy order would be done when I came out. When I came out the clerk was now talking to a heavy set middle aged woman completely ignoring me. Another clerk working on the cash register literally right in front of me ignored me, an asian female who was paying for her own lunch with her cellular phone. A third clerk who was sweeping the floor finally asks if she can help me. I again request my coffee and she says she has to wash her hands. The clerk at the register, I guess she finished with her personal purchase volunteered to now take my order. So now I have my coffee and I'm making my way to the door, wondering what is the deal with this particular store. The clerk at the front of the store who greeted me first but never filled my order, thanks me for coming in, which came off as kinda witchy. I don't know if this was a race thing, this business has had problems in the past. I don't know if the middle aged woman was the manager but she observed me being ignored. Usually when you walk in other locations they are all over you to take your order. I like the product but I'm not going to be treated shabbily to purchase it. I will be back, to this location and will post another review to determine if this was an isolated incident. I really hope it was because if it wasn't I will document...
Read moreI went here today for my daughter's birthday. I had the app with my daughter's name and birthdate on it they then wanted to card my five year old for a drink... I have been to several Starbucks in several states and the reaction from the person who claims to be a supervisor was disappointing to say the least. When I was trying to explain that this is my daughter's account, I have done this in past years for her and never had a problem, and showed her the birthday in the app she talked over me trying to tell me I can't use my account for my child even though it was a separate account. When I said "no thats not what I meant" she freaked out and said "omg just give it to the lady because I'm not going to sit her and argue with her" then stomped off. Mind you if she wasn't willing to give it to me I would have used my own account that had enough points to get two free drinks. I was just trying to figure out why it was an issue this time and never before. I spend so much money at Starbucks and am there constantly I have never been treated so poorly. My advise stay away from this one and go to Mensha Starbucks they know how to properly speak to people and explain when there...
Read moreFirst, I want to start by saying I've never had a rude employee from here - they are always nice. Unfortunately, that doesn't save this location from being a terrible one. As others have stated, they are terribly slow. I usually go there between 6:45 am - 7:00 am and the cars are between 2-8 deep at that point. My wait times have ranged from 10-25 minutes. What really got me was the 3 different times i was at the window and waited 10 minutes at the window - watching them operate in there made me understand why it takes so long. My final straw was this last week. I also agree with all the other posts in regards to ordering an extra shot. There are too many times where I order an extra shot and do not get one - that is frustrating as there is a reason I wanted an extra one and am paying for it. My last straw was this last week. I ordered a simple creme brulee latte. After waiting long again, I needed to get to work so I grabbed it and ran. As I pull into the office, I notice a different smell, but it wasn't til I sat down at my desk and took a drink of my wonderful chai tea latte - how do you screw that up? And on a side note, how does anyone drink...
