We ordered a giant club sub and regular tuna sub and the staff made an error while making the subs fresh, it was delivered by DoorDash. As soon as we saw that Jersey Mikes made the wrong order, we call this store and informed them of this mistake. After speaking to two different employees, the corrective action was for us to drive to their store for a new sub. We asked for a store credit and then they told us to call DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t make our food, Jersey Mikes employees makes each sub fresh to order as that is the Jersey Mikes way. Maybe the store leadership should take responsibility for their mistake and offer to make things right. We the consumer paid for the order, all we want and should be able to expect is the correct items. You have a chance to make it right and you blew it, therefore you have earned the negative post about how you treat your customers. We have ordered Jersey Mikes in Florida and in Buffalo and we were treated with respect and fairly. It is my hope that someone in management please contact me to make this situation right. Trust me, I don’t need to order from Jersey Mike’s ever again. The store in Greece, NY refused to do the right thing. Read moreI really like Jersey Mikes subs, we get them in the Orlando airport so I was happy to see them come to Rochester and specifically the Greece area. We placed a fairly large order today for lunch. the order was not ready at the time designated, the staff seemed confused and somewhat lost when asked for the order. My son's sub was made totally wrong which we didn't realize until we got home and opened it. It was loaded with tomatoes, lettuce onions and pickles and we asked for nothing but meat, cheese and oil. He's very picky so couldn't eat it at all. The remaining subs were good but the cold subs were dripping in oil making the bread pretty soggy. The store just opened so I'll give them a bit of a break but I did place this order online for convenience sake which I don't think I would do again. I'd more likely go in to order so I could monitor that my food was being made correctly and they weren't overly happy...
Read moreI ordered 2 regular subs for pick up and was made to wait 45 MINUTES for my food.. just waiting, standing there. It was really disorganized and chaotic.. due to untrained, slow employees and management. It was also really frustrating that I was ignored while waiting for my food just to watch people who came in after me get their food before me. It got so bad that other customers even noticed that I was being ignored.
To top it off, the manager apologized and gave another customer TWO free sub coupons right in my face for his 5 minute wait yet offered me nothing. He knew I was waiting too but didn't do anything to make it right.
I don't mind waiting a few minutes but 45 mins is crazy. I love JM but the service was terrible... hopefully it gets better. Other customers waiting with me also complained about how disorganized they were and some had been waiting even longer than me. This experience left a bad taste...
