The service was terrible!! First the waitress brought our bread with no bread plates. Then it took forever to get our food, except when she brought out "our" food it wasn't our food that we ordered at all! Not to mention, we hadn't even had our salads brought to us yet! She had to put in our actual orders again! So it took even longer to get our food!! Then when we were done, I asked for a to go box. I put our leftovers in it. I asked our waitress to point me in the direction of the ladies room. She pointed me to the kitchen! He said he was going to get the car l said I was going to the bathroom. I Left the to go box on the table and when I went back to the table to get it, it was gone! I asked this bus boy what happened to my leftovers? He slapped his forehead and said, oh no, I threw it away! Yet nothing else on our table had been touched. Our plates and everything else had not been cleared or bussed!! Not to mention he was just coming in from outside!! Also, when we got our check, it had our orders on it, but also had the 2 entrees on it that we didn't order on it!! So she had to redo our bill!! There's even more that was wrong that I won't bore you with! I would only give it a star and a half because our food was good!!

Read moreJuly 3, 2019, I decided to dine at Texas Roadhouse, in Greece, NY. I have had nothing, but pleasant experiences with the one, in Henrietta, NY, so I thought this wouldn’t be different. While waiting, for the others in my party, I overheard, the hostess, tell an African American woman, who was waiting for the rest of her party, that she could not sit down, at a table, until the others arrived. The restaurant, was near empty. She had called ahead. She then went on to say, that she could sit, at the bar, and had to ORDER something, while she waited. Okay! She was waiting on three other women to meet her, and two showed up, within five minutes, of her arrival, and a reminder, she called ahead., and the hostess, still refused to sit them. They said, something to her, like, why can’t we be seated, we only have one more person, we are waiting for? She says, okay, you can sit down, but must order, something to drink, or an appetizer. Another hostess stepped in, and told her, that the women could be seated. Sorry, but not sorry, I never experienced that. Anyhow, they were seated, and mind you, the restaurant still had, many seats available, and then comes the server, pushing them to order. The women were not disrespectful, and as I have said before, I have never experienced this, in Henrietta. This is not good business, and leaves a knot in my stomach. All people, should be treated the same, and if you want people, to eat, at your establishment, then please treat all paying customers,...
Read moreFirst time here, what an amazing experience! Came with other family members. Walked in and was seated immediately. Our server, Ronnie, was wonderful. She assisted us with our orders and it was delivered perfectly. While there are not a lot of vegetarian options, they do have a veggie plate, and customers can also choose a sample platter with strictly sides. When my brother discovered that his kabob meat was overcooked (to his liking), the manager made sure that it was returned, offered him a different cut of meat (a sirloin), and even doubled his sides! This was done with complete understanding and assurance that the "problem" would be rectified. Who brought the new order? The owner!! He apologized for the mistake, returned shortly afterwards just to make sure that the new order was satisfactory, and my brother was happy with the order; which he was. Come to find out, this is the training site for other Texas Roadhouses. I can positively say that if all servers are trained here this establishment will be one of NY states best restaurants. The atmosphere is friendly, lively, and warm. Servers are bringing back the line dancing for customer entertainment. While we were there people kept pouring in through the door. To sum up: the food is excellent and made to order, the servers are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing, the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly...
