Had a terrible experience with the food. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and Salad. The Wrap was not even Wrapped, it was very loose and falling apart. On top of that, they gave me Cream Cheese instead of Blue Cheese on my wrap... The salad was also bad, the croutons tasted expired and the vegetables were chopped into very large proportions like the chef had no idea what he was doing. Very disappointed, and I will most likely never order from this place again.

Unfortunately when I got my wrap, it was all falling apart and it was loose, I don't know if maybe delivery could have messed it up. But that's how it was when it got to my house. I don't know what you guys gave me. It could have been sour cream maybe but it for sure was not blue cheese. The wrap itself was also very dry and the chicken had no seasoning to it what so ever and tasted really bland. As far as the salad goes. I've had a lot of chicken Caesar salads. I was not a big fan of the onions on the salad considering I don't know of many recipes that have onions in Chicken Caeser salads. But on top of that, the slices were so big and the proportion of the onions itself overwhelmed the salad. The olives were not a good flavor for the salad itself either. It seemed very out of place. Overall I was really not a fan of this food but maybe sometime in the future I will try out some other things on the menu. Thank you...

I want to give a 5 star rating but the customer service was horrible. I am a first time customer. I ordered two subs and loaded fries and my total was 47 and change. The food was delicious and the portions were big making it worth the price in my opinion. The issue I had was when picking up my food there were big cookies by the register. I asked how much they cost and the cashier said like $3.50. I said ok I'll take one as well. I paid 52 dollars and change and went to the car. I checked my order and doing the quick math I realized it wasn't correct. I went back in asked how much I was charged for the cookie because it must have been more than 350. She said I said it was like 350 but was actually like a dollar more. I said ok then I don't want it. She got another employee from the back who came out and told me they don't do refunds. I explained I was told one price and charged more. He then told me the the cookie was 3.89 plus tax. I said ok and left. After doing the math when getting home that doesn't add up either. I realize that it was a dollar but to be mislead by two different employees is disappointing. Edit: I was contacted by Dave the next morning who apologized for the incident with the wrong price given for the cookie and made it right. I will definitely be a returning customer as there are many menu items that I want to try. I will change my rating to...

Gonna give him a 1star for a HORRIBLE experience! We order alllll the time and usually have a decent experience. I have read many reviews of the owner Brian being rude but never saw it until tonight. 1st off, if you are a non smoker, then you do NOT want his wife delivering the food in her Chevy Cruze because she smokes in the car and that is all I smelled upon arrival! They put onions, mustard, hot sauce and ketchup on my fiance's plate which was not selected on our online order. I sent my 19 yr old down to return the plate and Brian was yelling at him. I went down and Brian started to disrespect me over $11. He would not pull up the order to show me I was wrong nor give me a copy of the receipt. All I wanted was store credit to give to a fellow employee because after this I will never support his business. Police came and he continued to make up the story how he wanted...All I wanted was to get this corrected since my fiance now went to bed hungry after craving a plate. We ordered from him all the time and were a loyal customer its too bad he doesn't stand by his customers. Horrible business owner will never...
