Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

Operator Joshua Riley provided the worst customer service at store #05021. He was very rude and condescending. His tone was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. I will never return to the store, and I will never recommend Chick-fil-A to my friends and family. The worst customer service experience the Scarsdale location I’ve ever encountered by rep called Joshua Riley. When I attempted to place my order, he was dismissive. After placing my order, he informed me of the total. I provided him with the coupon I had, he informed me that the order was not eligible for a discount because I had ordered a premium meal. Having to explain to him that I’d be responsible for the difference, I had to make him understand. After this, he informed me that he’d have to cancel my order due to the fact that it is not part of the special. After paying the difference, he took my coupon and walked away without acknowledging that my order had been placed. When I explained to him that I did not like his tone and attitude, he responded by asking how was his tone. I responded that it was very abrasive, he replied that it was okay. I was very confused and embarrassed by the poor customer service and feedback by Joshua Riley. He should never represent The face of Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fil-A deserves great accolades. From its owner who is a 16-year Chick-fil-A veteran to Frontline staff, this place was a great experience from beginning to end. The specialty sandwiches, drinks, peach shake and peach ice cream made for a savoring lunch. We got the privilege to even sit down and eat in a very clean well kept environment. This place is great for families or for a quick lunch or dinner. Go there if you want breakfast and have an egg on a chicken breast and it's fantastic. I have nothing to say other than good things about Chick-fil-A as we were given coupons from executives for free breakfasts. Come one and come all. This Chick-fil-A is an experience that the entire family will never forget. It's a mark of excellence if you ask me for fast foods. It takes an army basically to run this place. It's simply amazing and a compliment to the Yonkers store...

I attempted to place my order online for a lunch break pick up. The location was a 12 min drive from my house. The online system wasn't working. I opted to order in store. The store was being run as if it were rush hour with 3 people in line. This slowed the process down as all orders were being taken from the line and then another employee had to hand out the order as it was ready. He also was handing out delivery orders as they came in for pick up. I ended up in the store for a half hour and lost my whole break to eat. With several people behind the counter registered could have been open with no rush. I went out on a limb and said let me try something different.... i won't be trying...
