A Very Memorable Dining Experience at Panera Bread today!
I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service provided by the staff, especially the tall African American gentleman I wish I got his name, was exemplary.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted and felt welcome which had already set the tone for a delightful meal. The menu offered a great variety of options, from their signature sandwiches and soups to salads and pastries.
I opted for the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and I was not disappointed. The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I also decided to indulge in a bowl of their Broccoli Cheddar soup, which was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor.
Now, I must mention the exceptional service provided by the tall African American gentleman who was very friendly, and genuinely interested in ensuring that we had a pleasant dining experience.
I cannot recommend this Panera Bread highly enough. The food was delicious and made with high-quality ingredients, and the service provided by the staff, is truly outstanding. I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their amazing food and...
Read morePanera Bread is a hit or miss experience. This location is a big miss. I should have realized this when there was only one poor girl taking orders on a busy Saturday during lunchtime hours. Next, I waited 25 minutes to receive my small order or French onion soup and 1/2 turkey/avocado BLT. During my wait I saw many customers going back up with their food complaining it wasn't right. Finally my order comes and the breads not toasted, there's no avocado and the lettuce is wilted and brown. I take back my sandwich to be told to give them time to remake it. OK, already waited 25 minutes, what's another five or ten. Went back to my table to attempt the soup. Failure #2. Soup was lukewarm, at best, and had no cheese or croutons like French onion is supposed to have. Took it back to the counter and manager confirmed the soup wasn't right. Manager apologized for my frustration but stated he was also frustrated because "95% of my staff are new". I ended up just leaving without the food. So unless you want food that isn't right, a frustrated manager and overwhelmed new employees, then I would suggest you stay as far away from this location as possible. There are many good Panera Bread establishments out there. This...
Read moreIt’s disappointing that after many years this Panera location still cannot get it right. We ordered wraps and were expecting something close to what was on the menu and website but got an unappealing fold of a wrap that felt like soft cardboard. Additionally I ordered a sandwich and the girl that was preparing the sandwich adjusted her mask with the same gloves she used to prepare the sandwich. They seem to have to proper training in food service or proper food preparation and why would they care, it’s just another job. It’s a failure on management when you constantly see the shortfalls and they never get corrected. I am most certain this Panera and the one at Cross County are owned by the same person/family and have to be at the point of where they don’t really care about their business or they just don’t set proper standards. I just wish we had more options in this neighborhood. Very disappointed when repeated complaints just result with more negative reviews. Do not order here and it’s best to make breakfast at home.
One year later, same horrible service and manager seems to be the same. It’s best to put this place out of business because the owners can’t...
