Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Greenburgh

My question is… why when you order either a veggie or plant based bowl, why do they give you a tablespoon size of food?? I was there yesterday and ordered a veggie bowl and literally the Chipotle employee picked up the smallest amount of veggies and put it on top. The guy before me ordered chicken and steak and his bowl was overflowing with so much meat it was totally ridiculous. A veggie entree should be treated the same as any other meat entrée, you should get enough veggies to cover the bowl, as that is your ENTREE. The same thing happened with the plant based chorizo, I had to pay for double portion and it still wasn’t anywhere near what the meat entree gets. In addition, As a vegan, Chipotle should be more mindful to not cross-contaminate the food, perhaps they should put the plant based and veggie serving containers in front of the rice. Last week my vegan son ordered a Sofrito entrée and there were pieces of steak in the bowl that he didn’t notice until after eating a few bites. He became violently sick and was vomiting for two days. He is highly allergic to meat. I still haven’t decided whether or not to sue. If you offer a plant-based option, you have to be responsible enough to not cross contaminate the food!! Such a simple fix, you would think the manager or owner would be smart enough to make a small but EXTREMELY IMPORTANT change!! Ahhh Chipotle what can go wrong when we have gone through our personal mental list of "Places that serve our Cravings" and arrive at one of the many establishments Chipotle has opened throughout our Cities and towns. I am not a big fan of their food but have eaten at many, some great (staff and establishment atmosphere) food average, but the food is just my palate and is almost always fresh and filling. This one however was probably the worst one I have been too, the food was cold and seemed just put together, yet what got me was the state the dinning area was in and how rude the staff was from the start. I stood at the counter for almost 30 minutes for one of the staff to say anything to me, and Everytime I thought one of them were going to they gave me a look like my face was melting and whispered to the other staff about me just standing there, yet every other person who came up was at least spoken to, but most got frustrated also because behind the counter was chaos, not your normal "Kitchen" chaos but it seemed none of the staff wanted to be there let alone to serve customers. When I had waited long enough I asked to speak to someone in charge, and told the person they sent to me (who I know was not in charge) they treated me like I was the reason the entire staff was rude, and also for the condition of the bathroom and dinning area. They gave me a "Number" to call that didn't work and...

UPDATE: I went back to this location after a few months with the hopes it had improved, but nope! The bowl is half empty, when I asked the server why my bowl was half empty she gave me a really bad attitude, when I got to the cashier I asked to talk with the manager and he also gave me an attitude and his colleague rolled his eyes. I decided to just leave and didn`t pay for the half empty bowl. Since this store opened, they lack customer service, they lack transparency, they are always out of something (ingredients, soda, utensils, you name it), and the people who work in this location are the most rude, unprofessional people you can encounter in your life.

I would give 0 stars for this location if I could. Since it opened I have been a customer but in the last 3~5 weeks the service here is going down hill. The bowls now come half empty, they are always out of something but they dont let you know before you order, or they dont offer a replacement. The staff is super rude, 2 weeks ago the server tried to give me raw meat when I complaint and asked for it to be replaced she threw the bowl and got a really bad attitude. I was excited to have a chipotle near home, but this location is a waste of space. Chipotle lost another customer.
