People...ifu want rude servers and management and a owner who doesn't care...then go here...i definitely don't recommend it...Dear owner...this was second and last time..gave u another chance and your rude staff once again...the hell with this place...What is it with this place?? Do u only employ the rudest and nastiest ??? Again just called 5 minutes ago and asked to see if possibly a new manager there and woman who answered phone deliberately hung up..whoever she was ...could t have been nastier..whoevee owns this place needs to get more involved with the people running it..you need to clean house a bit..again lost business..done forever with this very very rude place..totally finished with this diner......
...Dear Owner..........you want to make it right again with us and have us back? You say to give you another chance? You can start by returning the phone call...Then get rid of this guy Adolfo you call a manager..he is I'll equipped and inept to be a manager as he doesn't know the first thing about management and customer service..having a poor manager like this rude and insensitive guy is a direct reflection on you and your establishment.........................
Terrible experience there today.. family group for lunch.. have been there before many times before but today was different.. I had long black strand of hair in my eggs and cousin had not a piece... But entire half of egg shell in her eggs.. when manager Adolfo came to table he could not of been ruder to everyone.. in fact down right nasty.. his response to our dissatisfaction was ... How about next time I just lock the doors when I see you all coming.. he immediately went on the defense with an increased nasty tone to our table.. this could be seen and heard by other nearby diners I have no doubt.. the food was taken away.. but not without a tug of war with words.. I chose dessert in exchange for a replacement meal as I was grossed out by the hair but even more grossed out by me was Adolfo's reaction and behavior towards these 2 incidents.. to boot I was even charged for the ice cream given to me as replacement.. we as a group will never go back to this diner.. owner should really examine who is in charge in his absence and may want to make some serious changes.. this man is not a manager .a true manager would have made thing right without escalation..business lost forever and reputation of...
Read moreWent to grab a bite to eat after a concert in the city with my boyfriend, ordered an eggs benedict and a fruit salad. I asked the waiter what fruit was in the salad, and he said grapes, pineapple and oranges. All things that I liked, so I ordered that as well. When the fruit salad came out it was basically all cantaloupe and honeydew (which I don't like and wouldn't have ordered it I knew they were in it). When our server came to check on us, (a man with glasses maybe in his late 40s or so, he never gave us his name), I asked if I could have a few more pineapples and grapes because I don't like honeydew and cantaloupe, and I wasn't told they were in it when I asked. He said he could check, and then came back with some more pineapples and proceeded to make me feel really uncomfortable. He told me multiple times that "that fruit is wasted now and will have to go in the garbage". I apologized and told him that that's why I asked what was in it initially so I would know whether to order it or not. He continues to tell me that the fruit is going in the garbage, and that I need to ask first what fruit is in it next time. I told him I did ask first and he continued to insist that I did not, so many times that my boyfriend eventually had to say pretty loudly "she did ask before she ordered, stop saying she didn't". I've never had such an argumentative and rude server in my life, and I've been a waitress for 15 years. I'm not sure what he benefited from arguing with a customer and essentially calling them a liar over ten little pieces of fruit, but I totally lost my appetite after the situation, it made me feel super anxious and uncomfortable and I probably will not be back due to this server's attitude. He should not be working in any sort of customer service profession. He literally never even came back to check on us, give us boxes or a bill. He just stared at me from across the diner and made another server finish our table out. I'm not usually one to complain, because I'm afraid of things just like this happening, but this was a truly awful dining experience and I wanted to share so people could avoid this place or at least...
Read moreIf I could give this place no stars I would. I entered I looked at the menu, there's no prices on any of the items, they took some time to come to me so I stepped into the restroom. Maybe it's under construction. There was plaster in the sink. There was no toilet paper but it did not say out of order so I used it, and I had tissue on my bag. I did not complain about that. It was dirty there was no soap. Nothing to dry your hands and again, no toilet paper. I saw a menu taped on the window. And I ordered from the menu taped on the window. When I got the makeshift tacos I said to the owner or the woman. This is not pico-de-gaio. Usually pico is a mix of lemon, parsley, tomatoes and salt. In this the onion is clearly separate from the tomato. But that's okay, I said, "I will try to separate it". When I went to pay, she told me a higher price. I showed her the menu on the window and said "But why is that menu on the window showing different price?" She said that's from pandemic. I told her, "I think you should take it down because it's confusing". She takes my food away and she says, "If you don't have the money you can go", I didn't have a chance to respond. She took the food away and she told me to leave. I wasn't causing a problem. I just simply made a suggestion. The best I could do was not argue. I tipped the person that made my food even though I didn't get anything and I walked out. Do not come here, it is a hot mess. The place is dirty there's so many things don't come.
