Have not been to a McDonalds in years.
Was in the area and had time to kill before an appointment and stopped in for breakfast.
Overpriced menu items for the portions they serve and everything now has an upcharge it seems. The dollar menu is unclear as to what items are which price.
Ordered an additional hash brown and was not given one. Asked the worker behind the counter about it and then she had to consult with either the manager or another co-worker if she should give me another. Ummm, if I paid for it and was not given it, why does a manager/co-worker need to be consulted ?
Was charged an additional $1.99 for orange juice for 1 meal and .69 cents for a cofee.
What happened to the days when juice, coffee or tea were included with the price of a meal.
I know times are tough, but no need to take it out on the consumer with price gourging and upcharges which you dont tell us about when ordering.
With what was paid for 2 meals, I could have gone to ihop or one of the diners down the road and had a better meal and infinite coffee and juice refills.
Will never be visting any McDonalds...
Read moreI am writing from my fiancé’s account because I do not have gmail account. I am an essential medical worker that works at a private office in white plains that does covid testing. Me and my two coworkers went to this location to get our free thank you meals that McDonalds is offering since we have been spending a fortune on lunch lately. We were denied our free thank you meals because we did not have medical ID’s. As we tried to explain that we are a private office that does covid testing and that we do not have medical IDs since we are a smaller practice, they did not want to hear it. Even after we told them that online it says that you can either present a medical ID or be in uniform (which we were in our scrubs) they did not want to help. We then accepted the fact that we weren’t getting our free meal so I tried ordering a salad; they didn’t have any. Then tried ordering a snack wrap; didn’t have that. Then tried ordering a large coke; didn’t have it. This will be my...
Read moreWhen I was a boy, I used to bike here all the time with my friends back in the early 1970s. A fantastic McDonald's!!! Actually, this was the 1st McDonald's restaurant in Westchester County in the early 1970s. There was a time when this place only had seats in it and it was packed morning, noon and night. I used to go there every Saturday with my father and we'd have to wait on line 10 to 15 people deep and wait for a table. McDonald's has changed over the years but the food is still the same. It's that meal you will love no matter what, at any time of the day. This McDonald's is exceptional for children. The menu has grown over the years but the aura of McDonald's will always remain the same. Do you remember the big Mac song? "To all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun!" I think I grew up on it. Here's to McDonald's and its worldwide success to bringing happiness to everyone who visit them...
