Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

I was just at the McKinley Mall with my friend shopping and I was in the mood for a pretzel dog and decided to go to Auntie Anne's. First of all the woman cashed me out and and didn't give me my food and continued to make pretzels when one was available on display then gave me a look and asked what I was waiting for and I said "my pretzel I just ordered?" So she grabs the pretzel dog and puts it in the wrapper and looks at it weird and starts touching my food WITHOUT GLOVES AND UNWASHED HANDS. And then gives me it. I don't complain but then I turned the pretzel dog over to the side she didn't touch and took a bite and it was hard, cold and uncooked in the middle. And right now I'm completely sick off of the food. I'm giving only one star because of bad service mainly and for the person touching my food and also giving me food when it looked like she knew it was cooked wrong and old. i went up to grab some pizza pretzel bites and immediately saw the worker on her phone, complaining that she “keeps getting customers and she can’t get [her work] done.” she comes over to take my order and doesn’t ask me about sauces. after i checked out i asked her if i could have a sauce and she throws it on the counter and tells me it’s an additional cost. i paid for it, and left. her additide was disgusting, and i haven’t experienced that level of rude customer service in a long time. food was alright. marinara sauce was cold—and when i sat down to eat i noticed my hands were covered in blue dye. the cup’s blue color was bleeding onto my fingers. idk what that was about but it was...

Edit 2025: Came for Free Pretzel Day to give them another chance and they aren't open during posted hours, I mention that's annoying to someone in the area and the manager immediately gives me attitude. Corporate will be called on this store. Still should AVOID!
