Food is good when you get it. I ordered 4 meals through Uber Eats and was missing all 4 fries from the order. The bags were all labeled with who prepared the order, in this case "Edwin." I called McDonald's regarding the missing fries and the female on the phone immediately knew what happened and even said, "you are the guy with the 4 missing fries" and stated that there was no manager there, she did not know what to do and that I needed to call Uber Eats - but this had nothing to do with Uber Eats, the driver delivered the order that McDonald's prepared and bagged. I was not well enough to drive to go pick up the fries, which was why I used Uber Eats for delivery. I asked the female if I could just order 4 fries from Uber Eats and get a gift certificate credit for there for the cost of the fries. She agreed, I placed another order but there was no credit. There was a message on the bag stating "Sorry about that, here are 2 free Apple Pies." Nice gesture with the pies but the problem is I was charged twice for the fries and no gift card or certificate credit was given to me. I did not bother...
Read morePlaced a mobile order on 1/27/25 and did a drive through pick up, while at the drive through i placed a second order for a number 6 fish o filet, paid by tap and pulled up to the pick up window they gave me the mobile order but not my second order when I realized I went back in the store and spoke to a crew member who looked angry as hell she went to drive through section and cane back saying they don't know anything about a second order meanwhile I was charged 12.45 for the number 6 I have yet to receive. She then tells me I have to place a new order, like are you crazy and I already paid for a sandwich i have yet to receive. She then tells me I'll be refunded in 24 hours which I am hoping to see because other wise we go have a problem.
They are slow and sloppy the crew members seem to have an attitude and not every eager to help. They need to do better at finding or replacing an order when they mess up.i usually like McDonald's but after today I don't i don't feel like I'll go...
Read moreThe cashiers aren't interested in greeting with a warm hello and a smile. They really aren't interested in clearing the lobby as quickly as possible. I felt as though i was interrupting a mass coffee break. I received eye contact from more than one staff member, and as fast as they acknowledged me, i was ignored just as swift.
They were one employee who was more than helpful and welcoming. I am disappointed in myself for the fact that i failed to get his name. He was carefully packing the bags for online orders, and he flagged a disconcerting cashier, and i was then able to place my order. He was a well-spoken tall African American gentleman who took pride in his position. I just say his attentiveness was impressive.
