Bagelville — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

So I've been coming to this establishment since they have opened and I usually come here maybe twice a month. Today I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a everything bagel, a large ice coffee and a muffin which i asked to have delivered to my job which is right down the block. First it took a hour and twenty minutes to to get my order and when I opened it the ice coffee had spilled all over everything, and the egg sandwich was cold and they didn't put any cheese on it. This isn't the first time they have messed up my order and for some reason I keep on wanting to give them another chance and time and time again my order is wrong. When you call and complain the manager could really careless and kind of gives you a attitude. In fact they should refund a couple of dollars back on my card or give me credit on my next order. The recent change of ownership has been a welcomed positive for this establishment. Bagelville is spacious, and there's always room to sit down and read the paper with your bagel and a coffee; that is if you're old school like that. The main reason for my review is the service component of the equation. Oftentimes, Bagel spots can be understaffed and chaotic. People crammed in, long lines, and lackluster experience. My guys at Bagelville want to make sure you get what you came for, and leave with a smile. I recently brought both of my children with me, and it was refreshing the way they interacted with the staff. Overall, if you're in the area, give them a shot. You won't be disappointed. Where do i begin? The manager or what seemed like the owner, SCREAMED at his employees infront of customers, answered the phone with such rage, had no nice things to say to the customers, and talked in such a RUDE tone. As a former worker in the food industry, it took so much not to say something to this man. He is tall with black hair and a clean cut beard. The service was great by the workers, but the presentation he displays for his customers is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! How rude and awful. I can go as far as saying it is inhuman!
