Can confirm that the previous reviews that praise Noah and his business partner are on point. Truth in every one of them. I always do my fair share of research on the reviews before committing to heading into an establishment for the first time. So I had a good amount of Pokémon cards I needed to sell and wasn’t really to sure what to expect. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. I didn’t feel out of place. Energy in the place was positive. There were many tables with games going on so there was a good amount of people there. I’m sure this is typical but this was probably around 9:30pm on a Friday just for anyones reference. Counters are in the back and I waited less than a minute to be helped. Explained why I was there and was never made to feel awkward or anything for being pretty much an outsider seeing it was my first time there. Noah took the time to explain the process of the values and the percentages that typically apply. Went through everything I had and educated me the whole way through with complete transparency. Very authentic and honest dude. Was very fair in his prices and I didn’t even question it because of his openness with everything. Overall a very comfortable and great experience. Would only go here in the future. You gotta stick with the good ones when you find them and support the smaller guys. Also it’s a really cool vibe with the games going on and it’s good to see people doing something they enjoy and not getting caught up in all the negative out there. A truly memorable and friendly experience from both owners who are truly passionate about tcg collectibles and games. Admittedly, it has been over a decade since I had played any sort of tcg, and I have recently been thinking about getting into the One Piece TCG, as I am a fan of the anime. I came to the shop and was thinking my best bet was to purchase a starter deck and a few boosters, and under the recommendation of one of the owners, he has recommended I do more research on my playstyle before I go ahead and commit to purchasing something, as he felt the starter deck would not have been right for my needs. He even invited me to come watch their game nights on Saturdays to see how other competitive players shop and build decks before I commit, which wholeheartedly respected and will definitely be coming by. I purchased a few boosters anyways just to support the business, and when I had opened up a rather slightly rare card, the owner handed me a sleeve to put it in.
