Contrary to popular (yelp) opinions I've read, I don't find the staff here to be rude. I rather enjoy the precision of it all. Maaaaaybe they've not held in their exasperation enough, when folks after queuing for a few minutes get to the counter and hem and haw about what to have. Yeah I would have to work hard to hide my displeasure with customers too. Director!

This is a well run machinery. Chicken or shrimp teriyaki, a few sushi rolls there's not many choices. It's a quick (healthier than Mac snack). White rice or mixed rice shouldn't be that hard a decision customers! Get off your darn thrones, realize that not every spot is supposed to be fine dinning, stop bad mouthing this hardworking staff and business and rate them accordingly! It's "quick", cheap, (Japanese) food. Geesh man!

My food wasn't what I would refer to as extremely tasty, it was just right. I always get white rice with a chicken and shrimp mix. I've been having this each shopping trip since my first visit to Green Acres Mall around 2013.

Oh and a queue at a fast food establishment is usually a good sign for me. It's either cheap or good. Sakur Japan is both. Lova...

Sarku Japan has some really good tasting food. They serve you pretty fast, however, the toothpick system that is used to identify your order seems confusing to some patrons since your food box isn't labeled with a receipt or a number but instead with colored toothpicks, people often collect the wrong foodbox or have to ask the chefs which is theirs, and since most of the staff I've notice don't seem to know English very well, it can become a hassle. Also, they're a lil mean on dishing out the extra shrimp. Overall, this place has some good eats, not to mention the satisfying hypnosis you go under while watching the food cook on the griddle as the aromas hit you, it's worth...

I ordered from here numerous times through Uber eats especially when they offer the buy one get one free chicken teriyaki. I ordered 2 orders of chicken teriyaki and never ever had an issue until this Tuesday June 10th. I don't know who did the cooking but the food was off. It didnt have the flavor as I normally would expect. It was more greasier than normal and to me just tasted bland. My wife and son did not enjoy there food as well. She said the food made her nauseous. I always order from here but whoever cooked today it wasn't good. I hope none of the recipes...
