This store has the most rudest and unprofessional staff and mangers, my husband bought a suit for a wedding and ended not attending because he was tested positive for Covid, when I took back the suite to return it they sales associate and manager refuses to return the pants because they said the do not remove tag was not on the pants, when I originally bought it there was no do not remove tag when I show them all the other pants in the store had no do not remove tags they didn’t cared and told me there was nothing they could do band new pants never used had all the other tags. Very very bad customer service. So basically the customer have to pay for express staff mistake, I’ll never spend my money at...

Rude staff. It was a joke. I bought a $200 suit and had to return because I bought two online. Went in store to return it the guy takes one look at it and goes “well this is a no” with the rudest attitude brushes it off to the side and keeps on going. I went in there looking for a belt I saw previously and not one person looked my way. After spending 10 minutes in there I left as no one acknowledged me. After returning an hour later, I finally asked a worker and he told me to look on the walls....not one but all. That was the end of his help.
