Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I was ordered from drive thru. I made my order and proceeded up front to pay. I wanted to use a mobile coupon. Cashier says it’s too late to use the coupon and I should of mentioned that I had one while placing my order (keep in mind; I don’t normally eat BK) my tantalizer was around $12 but with coupon it would be $4 not including tax. She seemed to have an attitude because I told her she should cancel the order and restart. Anyway my order was wrong and I felt funny even getting my food because they took extra long with it. One staff member kept looking at me while I’m in my car. (Now I’m think they spit in my child’s food)... pulled over just to see if my food was compromised.... it atleast didn’t look like it but the patties were pink! Went back in and inform lady(middle eastern) might be a supervisor. She seemed nice but started wispering to staff member who was grilling me when I was at drive thru. I’m just going to stop contributing to this establishment. Last month when I went to the Popeyes which is next to BK the music playing had explicit lyrics playing. Clearly not the radio playing. I was with my child and address that this music is Inappropriate to be playing... some of them just smirked at my statement. Fast food chains are no longer the same. Just straight attitudes from SOME of these staff members. FYI AFter getting my food for the 2nd time because my order was wrong......... it STILL was WRONG... at this point I refused to go...

Bad stuff: There is always no staff who instantly shows up when someone comes to the ordering table to order their Burger King. You'd have to wait a while or ask for a worker to come by and pick up your order. The quality of the tables and the floor is nearly poor to very poor. At times, I would sit down to wait for my meal and the table would either have a spill or would have a half-eaten lunch in the table that wasn't thrown out. Sometimes they would forget something from your order. One time I ordered a Whopper with Fries along with an apple pie. When I was given my bag, i checked and there was no apple pie. The second time I went and I ordered french fries with a cheeseburger but no fries. Why Burger King? Just why?

My suggestion: Hire more responsible workers and clean up your resturants more often, please. You'll be better off with...

For a combined Popeye's/Burger King spot, I was pleasantly surprised to find the food delicious, fresh, and well prepared. I presented 3 coupons for my large order at the BK section, and all was handled wonderfully by the staff. Items were all labeled correctly (bacon, double pattied, grilled) and I received plenty of condiments and utensils. All food items were accounted for, and it all tasted great. The manager is a true gentleman, as well. I actually lost my kid's iPad in the parking lot on the way out at night, and he reached out the very next day for us to retrieve it. We were so grateful. The service was already fantastic, and this just topped it all in a fantastic way....
