Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I placed a order with Grub Hub for this Burger King and confirmed it with Grub Hub. I ordered the Crispy Onion Whopper Jr. One hamburger came completely as order but one came clearly wrong. I asked for a manager and first she lied to me and said they do not do the Crispy Onion Whopper Jr any more but we did get one. Second lie was that she could not find my order which I confirmed which Burger keep it came from and I was talking to the correct one. We also ordered a large halves and only got 4 Onion rings. I do not even know what hamburger it was because it was no way a Whopper Jr. All it had on it was 3 tiny pieces of old lettuce, onion and BBQ sauce which I said I did not want. This was the worst experience I have had at a BK. the staff was rude and inattentive. I said excuse me 3 times to an employee who finally responded with "what." People standing online were ignored by employees just walking around. I placed my order online at 12:27 pm and showed up at 12:40 and it was not ready. I did not receive my food till after 1 pm. the stuff that was ready first was cold as it sat in the bag on the counter, yes I saw it. I only received 8 out of my 16 nuggets, I did not receive my spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and the customizations that I paid for I did not get. Unfortunately, the lunch break I had, was already over by the time I got back since it took them so long I could not go back to get the order corrected so I am just out the money and the points I used. If this is burger king on crossbay inside of bella with that gas station. Your 10 piece nuggets taste like u switched the real burger king nuggets. and gave the public fake dried ,over, cooked, stale nuggets.yuck n double yuck.they also have an annoying way to check u out.its like visiting a jail one line to the next with that nasty food.also bella your shelf food is out dated as well.when i bit into that nasty peanut butter sopposenly treat.i thaught i was i just ate something that was left out on the counter for weeks not even days.look at the date after what do i see.up grade them shelves with up to date products .YUCK......HATED IT. i gotta go to the bathroom now just thinking about...
