I’m gonna start by saying that when I walked inside this bakery my mouth literally watered from all the delicious options I saw, so at first I thought to myself woah I’m in heaven. Till it was time to order, first of all they have so many options and no descriptions whatsoever makes it a little hard to chose without having to ask, and this is we’re the problem starts. I’m gonna say this as a 15 years customer service employee if you hate your work and to deal with people please do everyone a favor and get another job. This front girls here have a serious issue and I’m hoping management or someone who can do something reads my review. This girls here act like we asking them for free food, not only the long faces but they have a nasty attitude. My friends from school always come here. We have a cosmetology class and we usually get something in our break, I decided to join my class and the way they was looking at us was so disgusting. I ordered 2 empanadas de carne and 2 arepas de elote and the worker told me to wait a few minutes which I assumed was for the empanadas. They ended up telling me I was charged for 2 arepas de huevo which I never ordered and I have no idea what that is. I told them a mistake was made that I ordered 2 empanadas. The worker told me they couldn’t refund me and they told me to pay attention next time. I was charged $12 for 2 arepas de huevo. I was given 4 empanadas total because they refused to refund me. Empanadas are $2.50 each so 4 empanadas does not equal $12 so they stole money. I called to complain and the manager said nothing else could be done because it was my fault as much as it was the worker’s fault. She said the food had to be thrown out so that’s why they wouldn’t refund me. I wasn’t the one that made the mistake but I was punished and the female manager spoke to me very unprofessionally.
