Renovating a kitchen is like diving into a whirlwind of choices – from layout design to picking out cabinetry, countertops, appliances, faucets, color schemes, and even the flooring. It's a bit overwhelming, to say the least.
And that's where Wren Kitchens enters the picture. My first interaction with the company was when I met their design team. We set up an appointment, they confirmed the day before, and right on time, they showed up in their Wren branded vehicle. The designer took measurements, created a 3D rendering based on my input and budget, and let me tell you, it was an impressive process. Smooth, painless, and the designer was patient enough to address all my questions and concerns. But then came the part where they pitch the sale...
They gave me a quote, laid out financing options, and assured me they could match prices for appliances from all the big retailers. I let them know that I wasn't quite ready to commit, but they were totally cool about it. They shared the 3D renderings and specs, and that was that.
Jump a few weeks ahead – I made an appointment with my wife to visit their showroom. After a couple of hours and a bunch of design tweaks, we had our kitchen plan sorted. The designer even guided us through the financing process, and we put down a deposit. Now, we were on the hunt for a contractor to handle the renovation work. Wren had their own contractors, but we wanted to check out some other quotes for comparison. And you know what? Wren's contractors were right up there.
Turns out we wanted to make a few more changes to our order – no biggie. I got in touch with the showroom, scheduled an appointment, and the designer seamlessly made all the updates.
So here's where we stand as of 8/30/2023. We're on the cusp of finalizing the order and teaming up with contractors for the installation. Once that's done, I'll swing back to update this review. Here are my key takeaways from this whole experience:
The stuff they have on display at Wren's showroom is seriously top-notch. The service? Unbeatable. We had a total of three design consultations, and the staff's patience and politeness were consistent. The showroom itself? Modern, clean, and totally comfortable. Talking money, their prices are really competitive. And when you factor in their financing options, it's a no-brainer.
If I had to suggest one thing to make it even better, it would be awesome if they could offer a choice of contractors for other tasks like demolition or floor installation.

Keep an eye out for part 2 of this renovation adventure - fingers crossed it's as...
Read morethe worst kitchen company. I used the Levittown store. I am so frustrated. The so called designer didn't help me in designing. I have pull all the ideas on my own. She messes all the measurements of the cabinets. She never told me, I realized the mistakes in design and measurements one week before the delivery. I informed the "designer", she gave me a vague AI generated response. I replied her and she left my text on seen. I went back to Wren kitchen, the manager there helped me to get to fix the measurements. That is great. The only good part. then designer tried to contact back to me with no real help. Now today I got delivery. I was supposed to get a delivery text and a tracking number, never got it. Fortunately, I called the customer care and they said with a laugh that driver will be there in 15 mins while I was still sitting at work. The delivery window was from 1pm to 3:30pm. it was 12 pm when I called to find out. then the delivery guy told us that they are missing the sink. I called back the customer care. they are so shameless and no real customer service. again another irresponsible employee told me that I was supposed to get an email a week ago that this specific sink is on back order. we are apologize that we didn't send you the sink. but don't worry, sink should be there in a week. Are you kidding me? my old kitchen is already demolished, contractor is coming tomorrow to put the new kitchen and you are saying, the only thing you can do is refund or I can wait until the end of new week. The sink is their own brand so I can't find the same sink anymore. I am a working mother, I am at work right now, my child has a concert in the evening until 8:30 pm. On top of that I have to find a new sink. really??!!! shame on you all. if I have to go through with all this stress then why did I hire you? No one is helpful there at all at this time. these so called kitchen designers are not well versed in kitchen items. they have no idea what kind of sink i can find in a small amount of time I have right now. They didn't even design a kitchen, they just traced the current layout. they don't have the knowledge of...
Read moreA British company with awful British Values. They looted the world due to their greed for centuries and this greed is deeply imbedded in their genes. Now, they are here to continue their evil empire.
A company and a friends value is judged depending on how they behave when things go wrong. This company made significant flaws in the design of my kitchen including just putting moulding above half the kitchen. (how can you call them designers?? Furthermore, they have another department that overlooked this). I paid ridiculous amount of money to them for installation. Their 3rd party installation company came and left the same day because there were significant flaws in the design. I had put extra emphasis on having cabinet ready appliances. As per the installers who Wren sent said there is nothing about cabinet ready kitchen appliances.
I called their Customer DISSERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have never experienced such terrible, horrible, irresponsible and insensitive customer service. After not having kitchen for a month and half with a child and pregnant wife due to renovations to be ready for the new cabinets. I expected them to be considerate and make every effort to fix the problem asap. Instead, they were nonchalant. They are in the WRONG BUSINESS because they don't understand the value of a kitchen to the house.
I went to Wren to complaint. Their manager told me to hire somebody who could do the kitchen and recommended an awesome installer who happened to be at Wren at that time. I hired him and paid him cash in addition to what I had paid to Wren for installation. So now I have already paid double the money for installation.
This miserable company now refuses to pay my installation money back. They take no responsibility for the stress that they caused to me and my family during the holiday season.
There is a pattern in their negative reviews. Whenever the designers got the design wrong, CUSTOMERS SUFFERED due to their poor customer service.
I will have to fight them with legal help for justice. I do not have a choice or such bullies will continue to take advantage of...
