my first time at the merrick road chip city! In Long Island! I love entering into different ones because they all have the same layout but slightly different and colorful and I didn’t know about the photo booths I am soooo inlove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you guys for making the best cookies ever :) today I got 6 box special lately I have been sooo into s’mores!!!! The graham cracker with the dark chocolate pairs so well together. I got 3 cannolis which were frosted BEAUTIFULLY correctly this time, 2 cookies and cream one s’mores 3 cannoli :)

RAVEN AT CHIP CITY⭐️⭐️⭐️ Went to chip city in my town for the first time and had such a great experience! Raven was so nice and welcoming, which made my visit even better. The place was super clean , and the cookies all looked absolutely delicious. My favorite was this weeks bluberry waffle chip AMAZING comes with syrup on the side but for me it was good as it was , definitely a MUST-Try . Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. Super cute spot and seriously delicious treats!

I have never been to Chip City before but I heard some ladies talking about it at work. So of course I HAD to go! I went in on the night before Christmas Eve to the store in Merrick and the sales associate was so sweet, helpful and easy to talk to. There weren’t many flavors to choose from as I went late in the evening. Everyone at dinner on Christmas Eve said these cookies were better than Crumble!

Never coming back to this location ever again!!!! I’ve always had a pleasant time during my visits at the other Chip City’s Long island has to offer, but this by far was my worst experience ever. Once entering this store I wasn’t even greeted which is biggie, but when I decided to order 2 boxes for my family I was met with loud sighs and disgusted looks by the staff, specially the chubby blonde person (Cannot tell if they are a man or a women). They rung up my 2 boxes then continued to throw them instead of handing them to me. My son went back in to get some napkins when he overhead the staff talk poorly about me and my husband. We purposely ordered from here cause my husband is severely allergic to milk. We were excited to see they had a dairy free option. We ordered 2 dairy free cookies for him, and 2 regular for me. We received the cookies and they were all together in a box. What is the point of offering dairy free options if they cannot package them up separately even when we stated we had a milk allergy. The cookies touching each other would cause my husband’s throat to close. Very scary

A family member also had the same experience with the dairy free and dairy cookies...
