I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent visit to one of your locations. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention.
Customer Service: The customer service at this location was notably poor. Staff members exhibited rude attitudes and seemed disengaged from their responsibilities. I observed several employees standing around, looking at their phones, none of whom appeared to be on break. This lack of professionalism is concerning and does not align with the standard I expect from Chipotle.
Cleanliness: Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable. The serving line, drink and utensil area, tables, and floor all required immediate attention. There were areas with food debris that clearly had not been cleaned, contributing to an unpleasant dining environment.
Food Safety and Quality: I also experienced issues with food availability, as items were not ready on time. This not only affects the overall dining experience but also raises concerns about food safety and quality.
Conclusion: It is disheartening to see such a decline in the standards I have come to associate with Chipotle. I believe this location needs serious improvements to provide a safe and enjoyable customer experience. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to return.

We came here last night around 9:30pm, no line stepped right up. They did appear to be short staffed as one of the young ladies was fulfilling online orders in addition to walk ins. She did acknowledge us and told us that she would be with us in a minute. A male worker came over shortly after and stepped in to assist as the line was getting longer (no issue on this part). My issue was with the cashier, we stepped up to pay and it looks could kill BABY I would be 6feet under. The young lady clearly did not wish to be bothered. I also noted that as we were using Apple Pay she held on to the bottle of apple juice with a Stone Cold Steve Austin grip as if we were going to run out to the establishment. I did ask for fresh chips as I’m tired of eating the stale chips that they usually serve. Her response was “These are fresh chips they were all made today.” I opened the bag and lo and behold you wouldn’t believe what I found? That’s right you got it… stale chips!! I told the cashier and she responded “All of the chips are fresh and were made today.” … I’m glad that Ms Tastebud and I are so well connected that she has the ability to taste what I consume.
