The drinks, food, beverage & service were great. I do not visit Starbucks for the coffee, I come for a unique, public space to sit down, hook up my laptop and do some work. They removed the big tables that were here pre-pandemic, thus the reason for my 3-star review. The server at the counter explained that the tables took up space, and we're troublesome during the morning rush when the crowds are very large. While I understand this, I find it to be short sighted. (I've worked in food service so I am familiar with crowds). The previously existing large tables allowed for individual, and group/collaborative work and we're always full with customers when I would visit prior to the pandemic. The result now is a cafe with a large amount of useless open space and limited seats/table space (about 6 near the back). So, group work or meetings are no longer supported. It's no longer as nice of an experience and there are other places to go such as Panera and Ground Central Cafe, so I will not return unless they bring back the...
Read moreThe absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to ever! The girl at the counter was so rude and lazy and seemed disinterested in taking my order. I paid with a gift card (thank god) because this place is so not worth it. I’m sad at the looks of the inside as it was so dusty and dirty with stains all over the bar section and register portion. The tables were nasty even though there weren’t any guests there. The glass table with all the food had nasty flies flying around inside which was such a turn off. I ordered packaged foods thankfully but the girl ignored me and my drinks finished so fast. I waited until 6 other peoples’ orders were taken until the girl at the cashier decided to even hot up my egg whites. I’ll never return to this Starbucks again which is unfortunate because they really lack basic customer service skills and kindness most...
Read moreI'm giving this place 1 star because it is required before I can give my review. My son and I visited this Starbucks location last week. The barista did not want to accept my fifty dollar bill, she did not check to see if it was real or not, nor say she didn't have change, She flat out didn't want to accept it. I made two trips to my car to get small bill and change. I asked her was it policy to not accept 50 bills, she said normally they dont take them. My husband went there the following week and they took his 50 dollar bill without hesitation. When he mentioned his wife had been there a week prior and they wouldnt accept it and she is African American and he happens to be Irish/Italian, he was told they can use their own discretion. Obviously, I didn't look like I should have a 50 dollar bill in my...
