COBS Bread — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

OMG...!!!!! the Staff at Cobs Bread in Merrick, NY is just DELIGHTFUL..!!! Let's begin with the young person Anthony - he is the whole package..! Knowledgeable about the Bakery, the bread, & the yummy treats. He could of sold me every item in the Bakery. Anthony also shared with me the days when they make their own specialty receipts. Oh..! Let's not forget about the samples for today.. Then there's Miss Catlin...such a sweetheart, she to is Knowledgeable, she gave good advice on what to pair with the breads (honey butter w/some Wine....Also different spreads) Oh..there's Ms. Wendy the team leader, easy, gentle, informational, helped me make decisions & letting me taste test. Nom, nom, nom.... Yum....!!! I plan on telling all of my associates to stop by and try a sample, they, like myself will definitely continue to come back...!! Continued Blessings, Cobs...

This might be the best thing I have ever experienced. This bread was so good and I just want to eat it more and more. This service was amazing and this amazing employee named Matthew treated me and my friend with respect and dignity making our day unmatched so any other. When I went to cobs bread with my buddy, I expected just some bread and a normal experience, but when I went I realized that this isn’t just a normal bread place, this place treats you like family. You will feel so good if you ever get bread there. I recommend this place so much. Please share the word around to have an amazing experience yourself. Let’s make this...

So disappointed. We tried a danish and a scone both were burned. The danish was hard as a rock. The staff was pushy when you got in demanding your order right away and as a first time visitor you need a minute. There was no line behind me, the place was empty. With all the bakery choices on LI this one shouldn’t be on your list. Also with 20 degree weather let the poor free sample guy I have a coat outside! I felt so...
