Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I don't know why I bother with this dunkin donuts today is the last straw. I don't know why the dunkin donuts in Baldwin are so very bad. A few times I've gone here and attempted to get some ice cream. This is a dunkin donut's/baskin robbins. The clerks behind the counter didn't know their asses from their elbows and didn't understand how to make ice cream sundaes that they should have been trained to make. The times when they did get my order correct while ordering breakfast the food was very good, but this morning the clerk screwed up big time. I do admit some fault in this equation, although I'm probably never coming back here. I had no breakfast this morning I didn't give myself enough time, I was out late last night, my first inclination was to get a pastry from Starbucks but I ignored it and opted for this dunkin donuts instead because it was on the way to work. I ordered a southwest VEGGIE burrito. I'm a vegetarian. I clearly said to the girl at the counter southwest veggie burrito. When I got to work I was in danger of running late so I started to eat the burrito as fast as I could while gathering my stuff (this part I take the fault for because I should have checked the order). I thought I was eating mushrooms and then came to realize it was actually sausage. I was immediately disgusted because obviously in my dietary choices I don't have a preference to meat or I wouldn't be a vegetarian. I ended up throwing the burrito away and praying that I don't get sick, because I have heard as a vegetarian if you do end up eating meat for any reason you could possibly get sick because your body isn't used to eating it. So far I'm okay but I'm pissed at the counter clerk for not listening to my order and making an incorrect order. I'm also pissed that I paid for it, between last night and this morning I'm just ready to only eat at home...

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. I was appalled by the abhorrent actions of the "Assistant Manager". I walked in Sunday Morning and ordered an everythinng bagel with the bread scooped out, light on the cream cheese and a medium caramel machiato. As I was waiting for the person handling my order to finish, I notice him scooping the bread and tossing it into the garbage pail beside the counter. Well instead of tossing the scooped out bread into the garbage, he accidentally tossed the bagel in. THEN PROCEEDED TO TAKE IT BACK OUT AND PUT IT BACK ONTHE COUNTER TO BE TOASTED!!!!!!!!!!!! I yelled out HEY, IS THAT MINE? He turned and realized that I saw him and so he then threw the entire bagel out and got a new one. I WAS disgusted! I asked the young kid working for a manager and he told me HE is the assistant manager!!! I left and won't be going back. Horrible. I told him before I left that I didn't pay to eat from the garbage! He just kep saying with a heavy accent, Sorry, Sorry, Sorry! No, unacceptable!!!! I only gave one star because the others were very nice and...

It was terrible I want in told the lady in the cash register that I was going to pay half of two different cards because why not I’m a customer and she look like she was not paying attention and then I pay half of my order then I’m going to pay the rest in my other card and she said that I told her I was going to pay cash half card and I told her no I don’t have cash. I told her no because I don’t have cash only card and she said that I need to pay cash because she put it in as cash and I told her to cancel the order and she said that she CANNOT CANCEL the order and she was demanding that I pay for it because she said the register was short and she said that I can Zella her the money or go to the nearest bank to get cash. That made me feel so uncomfortable and I was literally crying and she told me to leave and I left with half the stuff that i bought terrible never going back...
