I donāt come to this location often because they never seem to make my drink correctly, no matter how simple the order is. I always order a shot of espresso with caramel and cream, yet they consistently hand me a full cup of espressoāwhich is way too much. Honestly, do they want to give me a heart attack?
When I try to politely bring it up, I usually say something like, āExcuse me, I was just wondering, is this one shot of espresso?ā They always insist it is, but I know it isnāt. When I ask if they could remake it with less, they usually act annoyed but will fix it. Today, however, the woman who seemed to be the manager or owner was extremely rude. I explained again, very nicely, that it seemed like too much espresso and asked if she could remake it. Instead of doing so, she DUMPED half of the drink out and handed it back to me. That completely misses the pointāit still tasted bitter and off. I asked again about the caramel and the cream, because the ratio would be off. She rudely added another caramel and another cream.
I walked away shocked at how I was treated. I could have gotten upset and demanded it be fixed since Iām paying for it, but instead I left quietly. The cashier even looked concerned, probably because she knew how rude it came across.
