Stopped off to pick up a donut. Noticed there was a mom and son walking in behind me . I was waiting to be helped when the counter person started a conversation with the people behind me completely ignoring me . She gave the child a donut and kept asking him if it was good while I was standing there . I said can I please be helped Iâm waiting here and I was able to place my order . I was given the same variety of donut as the child and I tried to explain that wasnât what I had ordered . The counter person kept insisting that was what I ordered and kept shoving it in my face insisting it was the kind I ordered . I said no thatâs what you gave him . She was ranting about trying to help me . I stayed calm and said can I please have what I ordered . She wanted me to leave without what I paid for . I said I just want what I ordered and paid for.. After her co worker said something to her she reluctantly handed me the correct kind but continued to tell everyone I was just trying to help the Old lady ! I ignored her knowing she was just trying to annoy me as clearly that doesnât describe me.When I left the store I called customer service who put me in touch with the district manager . He said he was going to retrain the counter person . I never heard back from anyone even though I asked to speak to the owner as itâs a franchise . I said I was willing to reiterate what happened as long as the person I interacted with wasnât the store manager or the people I interacted with the day I stopped off .Never heard from anyone again. Was never given an apology for the insane woman behind the counter insisting she was correct when she wasnât !All about a donut ! Started a scene for absolutely nothing! I will never walk in there again and will be sure to tell everyone that lives nearby to keep away from that location . As for Dunkin they seem to have absolutely no caring about whom is representing their name . Maybe they should take a look at how the customers are treated . The fact that a counter person was spewing such an aggressive attitude over a donut to a customer is disturbing . Clearly she felt it was better to scream at me rather than admit she made a mistake. I definitely wouldnât nominate this location as the sample for other locations to follow. Actually I will guess that the owner does not actually care since there is such an inappropriate counter person representing the location and I suggested to the district manager that they view the video and since nobody has reached out to try to right the wrong Iâll just say the owner doesnât care .How sad my childhood memories of donuts have been tainted by a poorly managed and maintained location . I will add that this location has to be the worst Dunkin location . The only thing that was missing was rodents running around tossing donuts to one another but that probably happens when everyone goes home. Apparently some managers will hire anyone willing to do the job in a customer oriented job regardless of any skills . Perhaps the antiquated environment and the unsanitary feeling are part of the ambiance for some people. Maybe they are so miserable and nasty there because they are aware of what a dirty subpar business they are . One might think that with the amount of bad reviews this location has , they might want to do better and get good ratings and clean the shop so the rodents arenât playing games of catch all day . Apparently they donât really care since they donât do anything to improve and just get more and more...

   Read moreI ask for a iced vanilla chai latte and Syed A. gave me a hot vanilla chai latte and refused to replace my order with the iced vanilla chai latte. I expressed that clearly he made mistake and he got very rude and aggressive and refused to serve me even after I offered to pay for the correct order. As I waited to try to get my correct order Syed A. had the audacity to call the police as if I was being violent or out of place. I have never ever experienced this. I have had situations in the past where a mistake was made whether by the customer or by the worker that was corrected with no problem. So after the police came I explained what happened and I was then able to place my order and PAY AGAIN for my correct order. I will never ever visit this...
