Annoyed to say the least, I ordered online an hour in advance for a 12:35 pick up. I arrive at 12:35 in the dot and they openly admitted to skipping over my order to fulfill delivery orders. I ordered almost $80 worth of food. My boys and I wanted to watch the games in time today as our favorite team is playing. Now we will have to wait for the food we order in advance and miss kickoff because we paid online.
I will not becoming back to this location. Customer service is terrible, and they are clearly understaffed on a Sunday. 3 people making wings on week 2 of the NFL season...

Wings over Baldwin was absolutely horrid!!!! Nightmare of an experience. Ruined the Super Bowl experience for me and others. Food wasn’t ready until over an hour after pick up time . When I went in there, the place was packed with other peoples whose order were not done. Mind you I placed my order in ADVANCED AND NOT THE DAY OFF. When I asked for a refund they said I couldn’t get one so I had no choice to wait. Management , owners and the franchise should be absolutely ashamed of themselves . Absolutely disgusting . I went today ordered 50 wings and they refused to accommodate me wit any sauces demanding I pay when it’s not advertised or posted that don’t receive sauce with wings … i personally won’t be back because wings are meant to be dipped and they aren’t even that good to eat plain u guys are doing a disservice to my community .
