I placed a $280 deposit for a package of 12 post operative massages , I really wanted to love this place because I don’t want to travel from Long Island to the Bronx for a decent massage. Unfortunately upon my first appointment , I learned that their massages are done simultaneously in an open room with several other naked women , who have access to their phones and can snap a pic if they feel like it....you aren’t even given a simple towel to cover your breast just a disposable thong. Fast forward to 50 Min. Later I am still laying naked waiting.... waiting.... waiting..... no one even had the courtesy to provide a mere update as to when my massage would begin... instead I had to lay there and hear an hour of instagram/ relationship gossip between the staff.....I get dressed and the owner comes in and asks me why I am leaving, I explained that I was waiting for an hour naked and I wanted to leave .... she states “you were told to expect to be here for two hours” who in their right mind would lay on a table naked for two hours or even one? Why make me come at an assigned appointment time? I am giving this establishment two stars because the owner was honest enough to provide me with a refund. However she was extremely defensive in hearing my feedback & stated I must be “used to receiving a special kind of service” , she didn’t even offer to take me in to a private room or try to rectify the matter or retain my service. I hope the staff learns to be more professional & perhaps provides a higher level of privacy, upon fixing these issues I’m sure they can have great success. ...

One night, really late, on IG i saw a post about Bella’s Image Aesthetics. (For a long time I've been searching for a local skin tightening spa (for body) that had good reviews and decent hours of operation). I thought humm maybe i finally found it. On a hunch I ended up buying a package of treatments. I got a call the next day to schedule my appointments. The day arrived of my first massage. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. (They literally opened the door exactly on time). The place is adorable. Staff kind, happy, full of smiles and eagar to assist. They Gave me all the paperwork relatively quickly. I was brought into a SUPER clean, Well organized, beautiful room. I had some "roommates " but to me it made it even cooler. We were all in this new found club together. I liked the feeling of common ground amongst woman I never met. My massage therapist was AMAZING!!! It hurt like a b!+ch but sooooo worth it. I felt rejuvenated. The hours after just kept getting better and better. Today i had appointment number 2. Again, super kind, realllllllllly sweeet staff. I had some radiowaves and body shots. I honestly don't remember the names but trusted the girls and process completely. I can't say enough good things. I am happy. Really, really happy....especially that I was up super late that night and did a spontaneous purchase. HIGHLY...

The ladies here are kind, they give very good massages the only thing is that there is no privacy which takes away from the great massages. They place you in a room with 4 beds where there are other girls getting massages as well. The curtains are half size and they are constantly being opened so everyone there can see you naked. They only give you underwear no bra. There are about 6 message girls there who are always coming in and out of the room so there is literally no privacy. They do have another room with just two beds but the door is always left open, the half curtains are always being opened and massage girls just come in and out so again no privacy no matter what room you are in. If you buy a package of massages not everyday is a massage I once came in only for carboxytherapy ( which is part of the package) you get no massage that day. Also you might not get the same massage therapist as last time you might get a different girl each time which is also kind of ughh. Michelle at the front desk is so sweet and accommodating, and the massage girls help you get dressed at the end which is good. Good massages but no privacy, 4 beds in a room plus 4 massage girls that's 8 people minimum...
