Dr. Shah truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I’m comfortable and informed throughout my visits whether they are routine cleanings or cavities. Dr. Shah has always asked if I'm comfortable and offers numbing when she thinks its needed, and she's been right the times I have said no then changed my mind :) What I appreciate the most is that she’s always prompt and respects her patients' time. I've never had to wait long past my appointment time.

I had such a wonderful experience with not only the dentist but the staff as well. I had to bring my 3 year old with me and he was very nervous to leave my side while I had my x rays done. He cried and wouldn’t let me leave him right outside the room even though there was no door and he could still see me. But both the staff and doctor were beyond cooperative and helped make him feel comfortable and calm and within 5 mins he was fine. The doctor was very good with explaining everything that was going on in my mouth to me and she gave me a great cleaning. She was so sweet and gentle and made me feel very comfortable. I requested to be seen for tooth pain because I had chipped a filling and was in pain. The doctor on staff quickly cleaned my teeth and then rushed me out of the office, telling me that nothing could be done and that I needed to make another appointment. I previously worked in the dental industry for 5 years. However, I've never seen a dentist let a patient leave the office without providing treatment, especially if the patient was in pain. She's just trying to bill the insurance company in order to get more money. It's not worth your time or money to come here. — And now, whenever I try to call to cancel my appointment, they ignore...
