Food is authentic Israeli and is good. What sucks is the service. They hire kids to help out on Thursday and fridays. Some of these kids are high on weed. You can tell them your order 4 or more times, itâs more effective to talk to the walls. Also, often times you literally feel like youâre in Israel regarding the service. You walk in and the person behind the counter is on the phone... they continue to blabber like youâre not there ...5 mins later as youâre about to leave, sheâll say, âhow can i help you ...â? I wonât go there ever again. They have been long enough in USA to know that customer service matters. Iâll get my Israeli food on peninsula by Kineret. No more BS Israeli service....
