Food is authentic Israeli and is good. What sucks is the service. They hire kids to help out on Thursday and fridays. Some of these kids are high on weed. You can tell them your order 4 or more times, it’s more effective to talk to the walls. Also, often times you literally feel like you’re in Israel regarding the service. You walk in and the person behind the counter is on the phone... they continue to blabber like you’re not there ...5 mins later as you’re about to leave, she”ll say, “how can i help you ...”? I won’t go there ever again. They have been long enough in USA to know that customer service matters. I’ll get my Israeli food on peninsula by Kineret. No more BS Israeli service....
