It’s been a very long while since I tasted pizza as terrible and disappointing as the pizza from this establishment. This is not real authentic Italian pizza by a long shot or even half-decent pizza. I am left disgusted and extremely upset I paid $20 for this garbage. How do you f up pizza? The inventor of pizza would be disappointing with this trash if he tasted it. This pizza is a disgrace to pizza. I could eat pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but this garbage not even if you paid me.
I have had 5-star pizza before from two joints in Manhattan, can’t remember their names right now, but the point is, there IS amazing 5-stars pizza joints out there, and I have had the fortune of eating that amazing pizza, but this place is not it. The pizza here is mediocre at best.
I came here today for the first time and tried three different types. I was really in the mood for pizza and I was really hungry so when you’re hungry everything tastes good, right? Shockingly, that myth is wrong.
Needless to say, I will never return to this place.
The only positive thing about this place is that they had some decent beer choices, at least in my opinion, but hey I thought I came here for authentic Italian pizza and not some tasteless trash. Threw this trash in the trash where it belongs and I was left like never eating pizza again; yes that’s how bad it was.
I wouldn’t even feed this to my...
Read moreI am a teenager, who ate at Marinara. I understand the stereotype in which teenagers may be rebellious, and at times, disrespectful, but I assure you that is not the type of teenager I am. I visited Marinara with a my friend, we ordered 2 pizzas to go. The price for each pizza is nearly $4, which I think is crazy because you can drive two minutes to a near pizzeria and find a pizza slice way cheaper and better. Back to the point, we ordered the pizzas to go, went outside for a bit, and then we thought it was a little cold, so we tried to go back inside. This was never a problem. I’ve done this many times before. But out of nowhere, an employee at Marinara started berating us and being disrespectful for no reason. She started yelling at us to get out, and that we weren’t allowed in after we had purchased the slices to go. This is understandable, but there was no reason for us to be yelled at. Furthermore, I got garlic knots, which I personally CANNOT eat without marinara sauce. I asked for marinara sauce, and the same worker yelled at me to get out of the stores premises and that I must purchase extra sauce, which is complete and total nonsense, because people right in front of me asked for sauce and were allowed. This food place was extremely disrespectful and rude to me for no apparent reason. Come to Marinara if you want to be...
Read moreWe have eaten here many times & the food & service were always excellent. Last night, however. was a disaster. The former. experienced waiters have been replaced by untrained kids who know NOTHING about serving a meal. Our friends' meal was served in the reverse order - pizza, then salad. My salad was totally forgotten & my husband had to chase after the waitress to remind her. Then she brought the salad with my entrée & I had her remove the entrée. My husband's side of spaghetti, which he ordered with sauce, was brought with NO sauce. We asked to speak to the manager, who said his job was to make us "happy". He failed at that. After he said he would have my entrée remade, we never saw him again. My husband was brought a new dish of spaghetti with horrible catsup-tasting sauce. It seemed like my entrée would never arrive & no one even approached our table. When it finally came, a good 20 minutes later, everyone else had finished. I refused it because I had completely lost my appetite. Both the waitress & the manager failed completely & they just lost the four of us as customers, as well as 2 other friends who have been eating there for many years, WHEN SERVICE...
