7-Eleven — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Worst night service i’ve ever seen, ordered uber multiple times from this location and it was wrong and/or missing items every single time. The people here are stealing money from customers and this has gone on for too long without being addressed

"this doesnt sound right" No its absolutely the way it is I ordered uber from the location many times, at first the service was great and I was very satisfied. Recently the location seems to be out of stock of a lot of product because whenever I order I am missing items and/or they are replaced with cheaper alternatives. Repeatedly giving me products I did not order instead of the ones I did, and simply not giving me anything at all is theft. Uber eats offers its vendor ample opportunity to reach out to the customer about issues with the order, I was never notified over the months ive ordered from here. Just wrong order after wrong order, I am sick and tired of being stolen from and lied to hence my review. An example would be my order yesterday, I ordered a sprite, a pizza, and 2 orders of siracha bites. The pizza was canceled mid order so i was not charged for it, and was given no option to change it for another item. Okay very annoying but I guess ill just eat the siracha bites and hopefully wont be hungry anymore. The order arrived and instead of the 2 orders of siracha bites I was promised, I received 2 hot dogs without the bun. Absolutely ridiculous, the lack of care for the customer is disgusting and should not be allowed. Bear in mind this is just one order from a long list of orders. I like the products offered by 7/11 , I order in the hopes of receiving said products. But every time I am lied to, disappointed, and...

Older White gentlemen, comes to register checks out, he is greeted properly, and then sent off with a have a nice day sir.

I immediately follow with a good morning, no response.

I then depart after paying, with a thank you

At no point did the cashier a male, even say a word to me despite greeting and acknowledging them.

This service is terrible and needs to be addressed. Ill take my service to other 7-11 where my service is appreciated and where they are not selectively...

Long time customer but I will no longer be going to this store, it is extremely dirty all the time no matter what time you come , there is bread floating in the water they keep the flowers in , the candy rack looks like like it's never been cleaned , dust and dirt all over them, who knows if they are cleaning the coffee pots I highly doubt it , the pin pad where you swipe your card you can't even see the screen half the time because of crud blocking the screen. ......... ( stay away)...
