Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Reason for my 3 was because staff were sitting on the shelf with their bottom but jumped off as I walked in to serve me and the place wasn’t too tidy as well as staff appearances and uniform it turn me off right away they move quickly/attentive but the entire image wasn’t how I would expect. I almost walked out but the fact they were still quick to serve me I stayed and the first staff made a ice cream for me very unpresentable so i ask the female to remake it more suitable and she did but they definitely can use some retraining and better supervision. Their intentions were good but phones laid everywhere the food is made and the sitting on the counter were food is prepared...

A long time supporter of this place but the past few time I have been very disappointed how the employees conduct themselves. 1 ) you do not need to sit on the counter where I can see your brand of underwear showing. Especially this is the same counter you are serving customers. 2.) The music with cursing blaring loud and clear needs to stop. I just accepted it since I was the only customer a few times but the last time I went a father walked in with his children and the volume did not change with lyrics that dropped the b word, f word, n word and mf word a few times. It's an ice cream shop...

I was on my way home from work and I felt the need for Carvel. This not my regular Carvel and I ordered a large chocolate cone with sprinkles. When the cone came to me it was like a small cone at every other Carvel. I told the person this is a really weak large cone. He was nice enough to say he'll take it back and make me another but I wouldn't let him. I left and the ice cream was also not very thick. It started dripping immediately. I ate it just the same but next time I'll go directly to my regular Carvel on Hillside and...
