King's Wok — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I have ordered several times since initial review and have had several issues. Usually 1 or 2 items per order will be wrong or missing altogether. Issues I've had so far are large orders put in small containers, missing items, and most recently when I call and tell them im missing stuff from my order, they try to gaslight me and become rude. Weird vibes.

Seriously now, i know these guys arent deliberately cutting stuff out of my order or giving me less food while charging me for large portions.

Ill find another takeout spot after this...

While this restaurant has tasty food- their customer service suffers. As a customer for 3 years I called to tell them my order was wrong & the person loudly and rudely would not correct my issue, took on another order without excusing himself & returned to the call with an emphatic no to correcting my order and hung up on me. I live in this community of Freeport & if any establishment cannot reason to rectify their own error, my time and money aren't as well....

This is my first time calling in and placing an order. Very friendly and professional on the phone. He assured us before hanging up of the address, before coming to this restaurant. It is a hidden gem with a very delicious menu. Dishes made fresh to order and packed full of flavor. The restaurant gave us plenty of utensils, sauce, napkins, and a menu. They even gave us a magnet for the restaurant—our new spot for Chinese cuisine....
