La Union Oyster & Clam Bar — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I work nights came home after a long shift and ordered the bandeja centroamericana plate they gave small portions about a scoop of rice 2 thin pieces of steak and something that looked like beans but didn’t have any form .the meat was not fresh after consumption I immediately started having a stomach ache and regurgitated this was my first time ordering and last would not recommend to anyone they are cheap and won’t throw away bad meat and they charged me 24$ smh...

Everything was delicious, the skirt steak was cooked just right med rare, the rice an beans were good I add some cooked onions to it, that was great. The Salmon was not dry very moist very thing was great...

The staff speaks limited English but they are very polite and attentive. You'll wait a while to get your food but it's worth every minute. The portions are comparable for the price and the food is...
