I came to this store on September 22, 2025 to help put a new sim card from medicaid and the gentleman Elias helped me identify and took his time of 30 mins to remove my T-Mobile sim card and place my Medicaid sim card from united health care. And today on September 25th, 2025, My community member Elias showed exemplary action and dedication to his country and countrymen and women to prolong the community effort of eternal life; by putting the sim card from safelink medicaid for me free of charge while i figured out how to unlock the phone which is and was fully paid off by T-Mobile. Iam low income and stay with Department of Social Service's and Mr. Elias helped me become social by installing the sim card with care as a mother bird would sit on her eggs to provide life. He has excellent and physician level hand skills. This store is recommended for all your cell phone needs and purchases. His legitimacy to sell good viable products is exemplary only to God.This gentleman is absolutely a gem in the hempstead neighborhood and should be recognized with a purple heart from the United States government. Im relatively new to the area and have tried at least 4 other stores for random information about phone tech and an affordable plan.This location ended my search. The gentleman here always went out of his way to resolve any and all issues without hesitation .All this and i was not yet a plan customer ,just a walk in..He never pressured me to join one of his plans .He just helped me several times...As it turns out..he has the best most affordable service choices in town..He carries pretty much every carrier and knows what the best deal is for they change randomly .He remembers me and my service plan even after months and informs me of a plan change or option that might benefit me. Hempstead has a Cell Store every 50 yds or so..Im happy I found this on only my 5th try..I have my plan their, my brothers switched and a co worker ..Highly recommended..oh he repairs...

Just so everyone knows. I brought my samsung s23ultra here to have a screen replaced. I picked up my phone after they said they repaired it and when I went to use the camera that night the camera froze and I received a error message stating the app crashed and this was the Pic. I brought it back and they said they had nothing to do with the camera not working correctly even though inirder to repair the screen the entire phone needs to come apart and I never had a problem with the rear or forward cameras before even with the broken glass . They told me it was going to be a additional 110.00 to repair the camera and that it had nothingto do with the repair they performed. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.
