Mr. Wish Franklin Square — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

Horrible Customer Service!!

Today I went into the Franklin Square location and ordered a “honey lemon green tea”. I requested that the person making the drink not add lemon juice. She refused my request and insisted that she cannot sell honey lemon green tea without the lemon juice. I asked her what if I have an allergy? She replied that I would have to chose something else or not proceed with the purchase. She confirmed she is the owner of this location and stated they are a franchise location and they do not customize their drinks under any circumstances. My options were either to accept a refund or chose something else on the menu. Has anyone ever heard of such a practice?? I can understand if the tea was premixed with lemon but all I requested is that she not add lemon juice and she made it very clear that not adding lemon juice was NOT an option. I’ve been to many, many bubble places in the area (YAAS, tsaocaa, and the like) but I always miss Mr. wish at the end of the day. Every place is different and has something special, but Mr. wish is the most consistently satisfying and fresh tasting. Anything you get here is good, but the fruit teas are a must (passion fruit!!).
