One word-EDDIE-He is the best and the most honest in this business and at Franklin K&B. I met Eddie through an amazing contractor Anthony ~Make Ready NYC ( that unfortunately, I have not hired because I was restricted with time) Let’s start with the review of the K&B first. Franklin K&B has massive showroom, many choices, and they are extremely patient with helping you decide on kitchen layout, countertop and tiles. Almost anything you would ever want is there , one stop, one place. If they don’t have it, they can check it out for you and refer you to places that have supplies. I went there multiple times, prior project start,as I could not decide on color of cabinets and backsplash/countertop. Always, very welcoming, patient and truly care about my experience as a customer and new homeowner. Second-Eddie-Eddie was the person who guided me through the whole project, he worked with me on kitchen layout, he personally delivered my cabinets to my home, and checked each one of them and made sure they are not damaged. He replaced all damaged pieces, and personally delivered them himself. He continued to make sure I am satisfied with the quality of cabinets and finish. Eddie worked with countertop/stone company Desire and made sure delivery was on time and that I was satisfied with product and installment. Eddie was extremely supportive while I was going through very stressful Summer of 2019 with my subpar contractor David Haimovich of Renesaissance Renovations. Eddie also assisted me with crown molding/ cabinet repairs and installment of appliances that were previously damaged by the same mediocre contractor and had to be replaced due to damage and excessive drilling. He recommended Sergio and his team, that restored my kitchen cabinets to the beauty that they deserve, they took care od all my concerns and ultimately made me happy and satisfied homeowner. I will come again to your showroom. I love FRANKLIN K&B, it is a haul coming from Riverdale, Bronx-but it’s is worth every dime . Thank you...

I would 10/10 recommend Franklin Kitchen & Bath to anyone looking who is looking to upgrade / renovate their home. As a first time home buyer who needed to renovate and knew nothing, Bob has gone above and beyond to educate and help us.

Our contractor recommended us going once beforehand to get an idea of what style, color, and materials we would like for our kitchen cabinets / countertops, bathroom vanity and faucets. Bob showed us around the show floor giving suggestions, pros and cons, an estimated range of pricing and his honest opinion of what would be best in our space based on his experience. We had a better idea of what our space could potentially look like when we left. He answered all our questions and showed us so much patience.

When we returned and were ready to purchase, Bob remembered our selections from the last meeting. With our contractor's measurements, he was able to produce a 3-D rendering of how we envisioned our kitchen space while providing other layout options in case we liked those more. He suggested specific cabinet size combinations in certain areas to maximize storage, knowing we had limited space in our kitchen. You can tell he truly cares about his customers.

Pricing is very fair, cabinets are high quality and was delivered quickly and carefully. Even after the installation, Bob continued to provide excellent customer support whenever we had questions. He responded quickly and provided us with suggestions / hacks for any issues we had of our own doing.

We recently renovated our kitchen and bath. Our contractor recommended us to Franklin Kitchen and Bath for the materials. We are very pleased with the renovations and how the cabinets, counters, vanity, shower and medicine cabinet all turned out. Bob provided us with excellent customer service from day one until the completed project. He came over to the apartment and measured our space. He provided us with different options with three different 3-D designs and made suggestions that would work best for a limited space. He was very honest and gave us his suggestions that helped us with our decision making process. When the contractors needed a replacement part, Bob had it delivered to us within hours of the same day.

Customer referrals are always a great testament to a company’s quality and service. We did exactly that and our friend also had a positive experience working with Bob. We highly recommend Franklin Kitchen and Bath for their excellent customer service, quality materials, and attention to details.
