If there was an option to rate 0 star, I would, 1 star is way too much for this location. It's not my first time going to this location, and as soon as you walk through the door, you notice how un kept the restaurant is with wrappers and other debris on the floor in the waiting area. No one is ever at the desk to greet guests, and you have to stand there clueless, wondering where the greeter is as the family in front of us as well. When we finally sat down to get served, the waitress didn't have a clue what she was doing, not even knowing which bottle of water the restaurant carries. Waitress brought out the soup and salad with no plate to server/ eat on, we asked for a plate which never came and we had to ask a manager or who I thought was picking up the slack. We asked for plastic utensils and was told they dont have any, we also asked for peach ice tea, and we were also told they dont have any! When the food came out it the presentation was very sloppy and slapped together, which looked like it was missing food and sauce as if we were served a side dish instead of an entree. After noticing the lack of sauce for the food, 10 minutes later, when we finally saw the waiter to tell her about the sauce, she said sure I'll get it right now. We never saw her again and never got my sauce and had to eat the bland food that was lacking a lot of taste and flavor. After eating, the waitress finally appeared once again asking if everything was ok, not even acknowledging that she didn't even bring out the sauce. The entire time at the restaurant, we noticed the understaffed establishment with the waitress cleaning the tables that were serving with no bus boy in sight. Looked like they hired whoever with no customer experience and no training to serve customers. I'm surprised the location is still in business. I'm extremely disappointed that management would allow this to go on, and I've tried eating here for the last year or two with no change whatsoever. I will never waste my time or money eating at this Greenacres location ever. I highly recommend anyone to try another location for better service.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years, but on a whim, we stop by the Green Acres location, and omg, I can't say how much it needs to be revamped or condemned. To be fair, the staff was very friendly (except for the one who was sitting with his legs up, across the counter of the bathroom sink in the men's room when my bf went in). Gross 🤢 Oh, and he barely moved when my bf went to wash his hands. There was an odor stemming from the kitchen, something like dirty mop and parmesan cheese 🤮 we ordered the soup, salad and pasta lunch special. The salad was fine and as expected (the main reason we went), I had the chicken & gnocchi soup that tasted like dish rag, no joke. The spaghetti I got was as expected for an Olive Garden. My bf's soup and lasagna was mediocre at best. Overall, for both of us, the salad and breadsticks still hold the place up. There's not much better on the menu. Of course we still paid for our lunch, unlike the two sitting next to us who ate everything leading up to their pasta only to complain about how long it took to come out. The manager came over, tried to rectify what was wrong with their dishes, and offered to give them a discount as well. Their simple reply was that they just wanted to leave a tip for their waiter 😮 We couldn't believe our ears. All things considered, we will not be returning ever again.

I will never come to this Olive Garden ever again!!!! I had the worst experience. First, my table was never cleaned; I had my entree plate, salad bowl, and soups on the table while the main dish was served. ( and we were a group of 5). The girl never even asked if we wanted a refill. I asked for cheese three times and never got it because ANOTHER WAITER HID THE CHEESE!!! Who does that? The waiter could not go and tell me. I had been waiting for 15 minutes before I started eating my food because I was waiting for the cheese. Then I saw her bringing the cheese to another table, I raised my hand, and she ignored me and told me another waiter hid it, and apparently, they only had ONE IN THE entire RESTAURANT. We were never asked if everything was good with our order nor if we wanted a refill, and the waiter was nowhere to be found. I had to get up to get ketchup, too, because there was none on the table. To put a cherry on top of the cake, they did not have any chocolates, and the outside was filthy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

11/13 /24 MANAGER LOREAL Was VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PLEASANT IN HELPING ME WITH A WRONG ENTREE.

ASIDE FROM THAT IN THE KITCHEN THE PORTIONS SHOULD BE A LARGER AMOUNT, ESPECIALLY WHEN GETTING SPHAGHETTI ALFREDO EXTRA CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN IN COOKING THE FOOD AND SHOULD BE PLAIN AS THE BREADSTICKS ARE AND NOT INCLUDE ANY MEAT OR FOREIGN REMANANTS. MORE CARE SHOULD BE INVESTED INTO THE COOKING OF SPAGHETTI ALFREDO RESPECTFULLY! SEE PICS SHOWN MINIMAL PASTA is PUT IN THE BOWL

9-20 Tonight Just before 11 PM I felt like eating my tiramisu I had not eaten and when I opened the container I was BEYOND MAD just LOOK AT WHAT THEY GAVE ME IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS TASTED BEFORE PACKING FOR ME TO GO I AM IN DiSBELIEF THAT THEY WOULD SERVE THIS TO SOMEBODY IT SHOULD BE 0 STARS THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE THATs MY LAST TIME GOING THERE FOR SURE, I looked at it and SAID HELL NO AM NOT GOING TO EAT IT I DONT WANT TO GET SICK!

KEFARI WAS VERY RUDE AND UNMANNERLY SAYING HE ALREADY HAD ENTER 2 TIRAMISU AND SAID WHAT HAPPENED ITS TOO MUCH I SAID NO AND CHARGED IT TO MY CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF MY DEBIT TO SHOW HIM I COULD AFFORD THE FOOD! SO NOW I PAID FOR FOOD I ENDED UP THROWING AWAY BECAUSE I WAS DISGUSTED AT WHAT THEY PACKED FOR ME IS THIS REALLY WHAT THEY GIVE PEOPLE FOR TAKEOUT TO GO PICTURES ARE OF TONIGHT FINDING JUST BEFORE 11PM THE TIRAMISU I GOT FROM THEM

9-18-24 FOOD WAS NOT GOOD OR FRESH SPENT $94 for 4 SPAGHETTI ALfredo plain and 2 TIRAMISU 1 very small piece and NOW TONIGHT FINDING OUT THE OTHER PIECE HAD LOOKED EATEN BEFORE AND THREW AWAY OUT OF CAUTION! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD. IT WAS ALMOST 100 DOLLARS AND I EXPECTED BETTER QUALITY IF NOT ACTUAL RESTAURANT EXPECTATIONS.

Rah was working hard in the heat today and came in to assist the front desk also please people make sure you tip rah as she is outside in the heat doing curbside pickup. Ayooo Rah look kind of like ICE SPICE

It was steaming in inside the restaurant at 1221 PM I even asked 1 of the waiters I said what happened to the ac it’s not working ?

My first time at this location wasn’t bad just the pasta should’ve been cooked a little more softer it was Al dente. I ordered takeout

ok to get into the restaurant is a little confusing the side door is not accessible and looks to be an exit only. The entrance is all the way in the front it’s not a big deal but in the heat it is...

Food is always delicious & service is usually on Point. I would love to give 5 Stars, but I cannot do that tonite bc of the server Collette. I give 5 Stars to the Manager Ronnie & 5 Stars for all the Staff who had to pick up her slack. She gets an F. She was theee absolute worse server I have ever experienced at OG. She even messed up water with lemon, gave us wet straws & she rationed our food as if there was a shortage. It took her 35 mins just to give us salad & bread sticks. Then 10 more mins for her to go search for plates to put the salad on. Thank God, the manager Ronnie noticed the look of starvation & frustration on our faces. He gave us plates. Then 5 mins later, our entrees came out, but there was No space on the table... Thanks Collette. She never ONCE refilled our water or any of our drinks, she didn't even offer us a sip of wine. Then b4 we could get up & put our coats on, Collette came back & asked: "Is this for me" and took the tip. We only gave her $10 bc we felt sorry for her... she certainly did NOT deserve it. She should hv given that tip to the manager Ronnie. Again, I must say Thank You to him. He made a frustrating situation better. The audacity of Collette, to come back and snatch a tip, that she did not deserve. Perhaps, OG could give Collette something else to do. Maybe, clear & wipe the tables, set the tables, wipe off the menus. Please keep her behind the scenes. She is not cut out to be a server. Very forgetful, absent minded, even scatter brained. When we tried to tell her, hey we did not order this, she would start giving a bunch of excuses & blaming others. She took no accountability, whatsoever. We even overheard a fellow staff member attempt to give her helpful tip. And once again, you could hear Collette making excuses. If it wasn't for Ronnie, we would hv left...but he was kind, apologetic & did his best to help the situation. We will come back but hopefully, we don't hv to deal with...
